Staff extra helpful, went out of their way to accommodate and assist.The cleanest room I have ever been in, even had the remote sanitized and sealed in a bag. Fabulous cozy suite, walk in extra large shower. Linens, including spread were crisp and clean; bed and pillows so comfy. Huge TV, probably 50" pivots to the bed or living room. Great large desk- USB charging ports were plentiful. Full size kitchen appliances including dishwasher and disposal, auto ice maker. Nice dishes- everything you need; wonderful amenities. I worked in resort hotel management for 20 years and this is the definition of hospitality. I go to Kennesaw on a regular basis to visit family- cannot stay anywhere else now!

Can't think of ANYTHING negative

This place was awesome. The staff was nice, the room was great, and the bed was comfy. Even the breakfast was good, and having a separate bedroom and living/dining space also made life 100% better for me and my family.

There is a parking fee for each day of your stay, it can add up after a while. Sadly I must have skipped over the part about the fee, but I will say it was worth it.

I think the breakfast with the pancake maker, tortilla, and fruit was great! I loved the location. The room was a good size bigger than I expected. It had a great ambiance, I loved the bathroom area. Overall it was great!

Too many encounters with bugs, the Spanish-speaking staff was a little weird but maybe it's because of the language barrier. Most of them were courteous though.

I slept so peacefully and comfortably each night that I slept thru breakfast everyday of my stay. Breakfast is served from 6am till 9am. The 1 bedroom suite was clean and had everything I needed for a 4-night stay; dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher, stove top, 2 TVs, free wifi, a kitchenette with seating area, and living room area with pull-out couch. I was coming to town to visit my mom for the holidays, but she tested positive for COVID, so I reserved myself a studio suite. I guess they had none available because they put me in a 1-bedroom suite without up charging me! I never used the gym or basketball court area, but I really enjoyed sitting at the fire pit area outside.

The temperature in the hallway outside my room was freezing. I had to put on a jacket just to step into the hallway. But once you turned the corner the other hallway temperature was just fine.

When I checked in Thursday afternoon the staff fir the front desk wasn't friendly at all. That Friday I needed towels, again the same young lady that checked me in was the one I had to deal with when receiving the towels just not friendly. When someone enter a establishment like this you should be greeted with a welcoming smile.

Customer service

Perfect location. Good size room, amenities, and breakfast. Loved the full fridge and usable kitchen. Dog friendly was needed and appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pull out couch bed was HORRIBLE. My child could not sleep on it, and it was even uncomfortable to sit on. The breakfast situation was sad. Would have loved hot coffee self serve in the lobby daily. Did not appreciate our neighbor leaving smelly garbage in the hall right next to our door every day.

I liked just about everything. The clientele is even nice and friendly (all the people I have run into around the property) which is not something you find at most hotels..

My only two dislike would be that some of the room doors have a space between the door and frame of some rooms I passes by and you can here the conversations and activities in the room as if they where standing in the hall. The second is to extend breakfast to 10:00/:30 - 11:00ish to give those of us that wake at a general time the time to make it to breakfast. That is all, everything else is great...

Beds were very comfortable. Quiet bedroom. Breakfast was good and lots of variety. Location to lots of dining.

Building needs updating. Had to ask for more towels and never received them. Paying for parking when there was plenty of spaces. Sofa bed not very comfortable for sitting.

the staff was very professional and competent, friendly as well as k in nowledgeable. They patiently bore with us as we had to extend our trip each day for several days, as well as having to get our key remade sometimes 3-4 times a day due to forgetting them in our room. our room was lovely, clean, well laid out, and just an awesome place to live away from home. our only complain was one that pertains to hotels across the board: extending one’s reservation causes charges for the room to be calculated in an odd manner, so instead of paying day by day, your room payment is held from your bank account. however when you check out, the payment is removed from your available funds rather than your pending and already tied-up funds. then your already tied-up funds are not released for another 3-4 business days, basically making it seem like you’ve been charged twice for your stay until such a time as they are finally released back into your bank account for use again. it’s extremely frustrating as a practice and if you’re not wealthy, can cause quite some issues. so, travelers, beware of how this works.

not enough parking during the sold out weekends

I loved the blend of business and home of our room. Everything appeared to have me and all of my favorites in mind, including the Paul Mitchell amenities. I would be remiss if I didn’t share about Jasmine. She exhibited extreme professionalism. Jasmine was super invested in my husband and I having an enjoyable stay. We were a few minutes early, and she allowed us to check in. My husband confused the breakfast hours and missed the opportunity to eat. I expressed to Jasmine in passing as he and I were checking out his disappointment in not getting breakfast. She apologized and asked “What did he want?” I explained just some fruit. She went to the back and got us an orange and banana. This may seem small, but it’s her customer centric nature that will have my husband using this hotel again the next time we visit our son at Kennesaw State University. Take care of Jasmine, Sonesta, in this day and time employees like her are rare and few between.
