Hampton Inn Forsyth

We are repeat customers at Hampton Inn, in general. The chain offers consistency and dependability. Breakfast is fresh and better than most comparably priced hotels. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Staff members are available and trained for customer service.

Area around the hotel is a little sketchy with a neglected old duplex across the street. Price was a little high but we like Hampton amenities, so we go with it.

Staff was very friendly always saying hi and checking on us. Especially Steve at the front desk even above and beyond for everything we needed. Soon as we walked in, he made us feel welcome and like we were running an old friend. Wait to see us again. I don’t want to talk to Steve about not having enough room. He also thought to ask if we had enough towels. That was something I didn’t even think about he went above and beyond. Thank you Steve! Great breakfast impressed by the selection and everything had a great flavor.

Gym, comfy bed, swimming pool. The staff was extremely friendly, I’d go so far as say incredible. Maria deserves an award she was so warm, friendly and kind.

One treadmill has broken incline. The breakfast was disgusting with powdered eggs, worse coffee ever and virtually everything offered there was inedible unless you thrive on junk food. The bananas weren’t ripe and the apples were bruised and soft.

There was no one available for sometime during check in at the front desk. Another staff member had to go and find the person to check us in . I feel this was very poor service because you know its check in time and why are you not at the desk for extended period of time. Not good

The atmosphere and attention to detail were superb. Rarely do I find a hotel which meets my expectations. The service and genuine nature of the staff are unreplicatable.

Nothing- Everything was great from the front desk, the managerial staff and support staff. I highly recommend Hilton to my friends and associates.

We are ok with the room and everything but only thing is we had to wait for an hour for the room to be ready and we didn’t like the delay after a tiresome drive for 9hrs.

Special thanks to Brandon, the desk clerk and all around helpful person who mopped up the flood when the shower didn't drain properly and found us another room. Brandon was every body's problem solver, did it all with a smile and a great attitude. 👍

The front desk clerk Christina was amazing. Prior to me booking I called with a few questions. Christina answered all of them with a polite tone which made me book the room. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean.. I would definitely return.

For the price breakfast could have been better.

Breakfast was delicious & never ending! Already cooked oatmeal reminded me of my childhood.

The toilet was not securely fastened to the floor so when you sat the tank cranked. Also the sink was a slow drainer.

The room was $50 more than the Holiday Inn Express on the other side of the off ramp. It didn't seem to be that much better. We are going back to the location in a few weeks and will stay at Holiday Inn. Also, even though we understand the Covid precautions, there was not hot breakfast (not the case for the other Hamptons we stayed at on this same trip). For the $50 premium it seems like something should have been done to compensate.
