Comfort Suites Macon

My Wife and I were very much surprised and impressed with the Hotel's accommodations. Your Breakfast is far and away better than TRU or for that matter many of the Holiday Inns we have stayed in. A+! We look forward to our next stay at Comfort Inn. * We do highly recommend you start your Breakfast at 6:30 AM and Close it off at 10:00 AM as we noticed quite a few Guests still coming into the Breakfast Bar at 9:00 AM as the Breakfast Bar was closing this past Sunday.

Breakfast Bar Hours. Preferrable hours: 6:30- 10:00 AM. Your current hours fail to truly accommodate many of your Guests particularly on the weekends.

Convenient location. Very nice accommodations. The bed was so comfortable, and the suite was spacious. Adequate breakfast.

Housekeeping was hovering outside our door when we came up from breakfast. Asked when we were leaving. Even after being told 30 minutes, he let himself into our room 20 minutes later without knocking. I was sitting there working! Talk about overzealous! I wish he had been as zealous before we arrived. I found trash on the floor of the bathroom when we first got in the room, hair on the bathroom cabinet. A bit of a turnoff.

Nice clean hotel with indoor pool and jacuzzi massage hot tub. Also work out room with treadmill, step peddling machine. Had cable pull weighted machine but was out of order. Can't really complain about one machine. Great breakfast variety with scramble eggs, sausage, make your own waffles from two batters. Fresh coffee. Movie theater next door and several nice restaurants within a few miles if not walking distance.

One electric outlet didn't work along with the cable machine. As I said can't really complain about two things that can happen even at home.

The whole family absolutely enjoyed our stay. It's quiet, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good. The beds are very comfortable. The pool was heated and the whirlpool (hot tub) felt amazing! We stayed in the queen suite and it was very clean and spacious. 3 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. Great for the price! We will book this hotel for any of our future stays!

Staff, cleanliness and room were great.

The breakfast was the worst I've ever had. While there were only about 12 people in the area eating, both of the coffee hot pots were empty. There were a few spoonfuls of eggs in the warmer but no sausage. There was nothing left to eat but waffles, one bagel and some bread. There was a sign saying to cut hard boiled eggs in half but there were no hard boiled eggs. Then a lady brought out a pan of sausage patties. I took two to go with my eggs. I took one bite. It was cool inside. They were served in a big pan that was full of water. I had taken my two from the very top which were only partly submerged. Then she brought out a pot of coffee. I threw away my "breakfast" and drank a cup of coffee. The coffee was good. Thanks

The most I like was the size of the room and it was really clean.

On my way out we were just bringing our stuff out to the car and the lady at the counter asking us if we need to check out when it wasn't even time to. They need to wait until the guests stop at counter for it. She didn't know if we still have days left and we were taking stuff out for another purpose.

The staff is phenomenal. They are always very nice and accommodating. The young man who checked us in even remembered that our child was graduating. Great customer service like this is really what keeps us coming back to this location.

The TV/remote setup was a little strange. It was just a little difficult to navigate the channels.

Very clean, nice facilities

Our toilet was very loose at the floor. it rocked. Continental Breakfast was good but it ends at 9am, (which seems a little early). They ran out of eggs at 8:15. I asked the employee to make more and she refused. My 4yr old grandson wanted eggs and I had to explain to him that the lady refused to make some. That was poor service.

Very nice desk clerk upon arrival. Very professional and accommodating.

We had to wait 15-20 minutes for the eggs and sausage patties to be cooked. The mattress was the only negative aspect. It was so soft we sunk in to it. My husband slept on the couch with his feet on the coffee table.

The toilet keep running until we contact the front desk and he came in person to fix it..very helpful and very informative young man. Thank you
