I was very shocked when I walked in the room. It exceeded my expectations. The decor was wonderful and the room was super clean. I ended up staying 3 more nights at the hotel. The plan was to stay there one night and find something better but this hotel was amazing. the front desk ladies were beyond pleasant and helpful.

Nice building and decor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The girl at the front desk was wonderful. I checked in late and the air was running in the room.

The room I had was near the parking lamp which shown through the shades all night. Side curtains would have prevented that. The breakfast bar didn’t stay refilled. Although it was a full hour before the end of serving time. They finally brought out scrambled eggs, so I had that and coffee and checked out. Although listed as pet free facility ( I’m allergic so only book pet free) I was informed they couldn’t inquire about pet status if someone comes in with one. As I was checking out…. in walks a couple with a large bread dog. So if you are terribly allergic as I am good luck. I assume they don’t just assign certain rooms for people with pets😞

The rooms were very crisp and clean. The smell of the hotel itself was clean. The lady at the front desk was super friendly, which is hard to come by these days. The parking lot had good parking and it is next to a.Cracker Barrell. Good location. The breakfast had a good variety..eghs, waffles, toast, yogurt, pastry, cereal, banana. Pool was outside pool and it looked nice and clean.

The free breakfast did not have any apple juice or orange juice, which stinks. They had some sort of weird orange drink which was not good. Our bathroom had a slight smell to it like a gutter smell that did not go away with the fan.

The rooms had been remodeled with a great deal of thought put into the layout. There was a bench to place multiple suitcases on. The room was large with a brand new sectional couch. The TV was possibly the largest we have had in a hotel room. USB ports on both sides of the bed, as well as an electrical plug. The wifi was excellent. Breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits, pastry, bananas, yogurt, coffee and juice. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding. The hotel was very quiet.

The toilet was a low profile, so hard to get down to for people with mobility issues. The bathroom floors could have been cleaner and there was no bath mat. The heating cooling unit was on the noisy side.

Everything. It's one of the best highway motels I have stayed in. Ever. The room was large, well designed, super clean, with modern decor. The beds were super comfortable and the linens really fresh. The shower was terrific and gushing hot water. The breakfast was wonderful. Sure, I could somewhat hear the highway after my husband pointed that out. And there was still some streetlight filtering into the room. Some outlets did not work. But these issues were just so minor and I mostly wanted a restful sleep and this exceeded my expectations and even was better than the Hyatt in Miami where I paid 4 times the price. Strongly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Clean, newly updated

I really don’t like the new foam mattresses- I could tell it was a higher quality one, but I don’t like them- o feel like it’s hard to turn over once in a position for a bit. Also the air conditioner kicked on and off, a lot, which made a lot of rattling noise. Fortunately, I was exhausted and once I got to sleep, it didn’t bother me, but it would definitely bother a light sleeper- and last, the coffe was horrible- bitter tastes like the cheap Folgers that they use at my job!

Room was spacious and clean, easy checkin. Staff was very friendly and helpful, some of the nicest people we have met on travels

Beds are a little too hard with no box springs trend that is so popular. I get it for ease of care but is very uncomfortable. I feel like I'm sleeping on the floor. Some may not mind it though The coffee and breakfast are terrible. They could invest in a high quality coffee and continental breakfast instead of trying to compete with low quality offerings.

The hospitality of the staff. Our flight arrived early and the staff was able to check us at 1pm verse 3:00. We were grateful for this because we had an event to attend and the fact they accommodated our check in time made such a difference. Once we came to the service desk, we were told about breakfast and so forth. Exceptional service. I will definitely come back. Thank you for everything.

The bathroom need a little upgrade but other from that the bed was comfortable and clean.

Clean, recently renovated.

The $100.00 damage deposit required. No indication of this deposit in advertisement. Have traveled extensively throughout USA and Europe and have never been asked for a damage deposit. At 82 yrs. old, traveling from winter home in Florida to home in Cincinnati, your town and facility was a half way point. Sleep was our main concern not inflicting damage.

Clean rooms and friendly housekeeping staff. The housekeeper heard how the front desk spoke to me, and she said she would make everything right. She did! I was so touched at how the housekeeper approached me after seeing my need. I came back and stayed a second time specifically because of the cleanliness of the rooms and the kindness of the housekeeper❣️

Front desk receptionist had a bad attitude. Plus on two occasions she lost my reservation. The hotel would be a 10 if not for her. Despite her it's still a 9!
