Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lagrange I-85, an IHG Hotel

I liked everything about my stay. The staff was great. Nia and Lisa at the front desk were really engaging. My room was clean. The bathroom was clean and well-lit, with all amenities full stocked, such as hand soap and body wash. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was well put together. I also enjoyed the manager's reception on that Monday. I will definitely return to this Holiday Inn Express when I am back in Lagrange. 😃👍

Honestly, there is nothing I didn't like. I have one minor recommendation. With the bed being so comfortable, I think the pillows could stand an upgrade to the comfort of the bed.

Loved the staff! The hotel was extremely clean and extremely comfortable, I was very upset that we were only there for one night. The fitness room was amazing the pool area was clean and the staff offered us complementary drinks of our choice at check-in. What really made this a terrific stay for us was the hot breakfast that was served. Every since covid I have yet to run into a hotel that serves something other than muffins and bagels for breakfast, so that was a major Plus for us! Next time I visit this area this is definitely the hotel I am staying at. There are several restaurants and shopping all close by close enough to actually walk!!

The only thing I would say was the walls in the hotel are pretty thin we were able to hear our neighbors a little but nothing massive

Place was clean, staff was friendly. Beds comfortable and felt safe.

Elevator was slow, sounded like it was dying. Group in lobby listening to music while drinking liquor with kids. Seemed odd, but we weren't hanging out there. Was really weird to walk in during check in and witness that. I travel a bit for work and first time I can say I've seen that.

The front desk ladies were great. Breakfast is amazing it has great options to choose from and it was hot tasteful. This is my go to hotel evey time I'm in Lagrange i would not trade this hotel for any other and the price is great.

The only thing i can say bad is the pool could be a little bigger. No, hot tub but that's not a stay stopper for me. This is just just being picking to me but I love the the over all stay. I will be staying again.

The staff there were so sweet!! They made my family feel so welcome. They were the nicest staff I have ever had at a hotel stay!! The breakfast was excellent!! Everything was so clean and nice. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Also they had the best shampoo and conditioner and Dove body wash. It was really nice. 10 out of 10!!!

What I didn't like was having to leave!! We just had such a peaceful stay.

Really enjoyed the breakfast. Location was perfect. Nicki, the general manager, checked us in. Because there were plenty of availability, she upgraded us to a nicer room. She was very kind & made us feel at home.

Sink in bathroom drained slowly. This was just a minor inconvenience.

Good staff

I reserved a handicap room. The room I got was for hearing disability. The hotel only has one room for mobility disability. I was disappointed. I could take a shower until that one room was vacant. Thank goodness the room was available the next day. The shower in is room needed work on the floor.

The rooms were beautiful, clean and I love the Dove bath collection in the bathroom. However, the a/c in RM 322 was broken. We did not complain because it was so late when we arrived.

The a/c in Room 322 was broken and there was noise all through the night. Someone even banged on our door at 7 a.m.

The breakfast was great. The kitchen staff was great. April was very helpful to me and my kids. The hotel should be happy to have a great person like her. Matina and some other great women were very helpful for asking questions and other things about the area. The location is not bad.

I did not have enough towels or rags or get clean ones.

I walked into the lobby and could smell fresh baked cookies and was greeted by the friendliest, sweetest lady ever...her name is Marina💓Everyone was welcoming and pleasant...it was clean and comfortable. My grandkids loved the pool and I would definitely stay again.
