The staff from the front desk to the room attendants were all very friendly and warm. They were always asking if you needed anything or were you alright. The room was one of the best I have stayed in. It included a full size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and microwave. It included a pull out sofa bed with the ottoman and a curtain to separate it.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. There was hardly anything freshly cooked, mostly packaged. The boiled eggs were cold, I would have liked to see some scrambled eggs, grits, bacon or sausage on a hot holding station along with the other items.I did appreciate the good coffee, hot biscuit, banana and yogurt.

The breakfast was very good and so convenient with omelets and waffles, sandwich biscuits . , juice and coffee

We liked everything , heating and air was only thing that was just a little tricky t o get a comfortable setting, was either too warm or a little too cool. But not something we couldn’t work around. The only reason I wouldn’t say a perfect 10. Our view was fabulous!

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Nice breakfast with good variety. Staff very polite. Liked the room divider for privacy. It was off the beaten path and a little hard to find, but that was actually nice since it wasn’t overpopulated.

The first night was understaffed and we had to go get our own towels, etc. from the front desk. We also weren’t expecting them to charge a large deposit for damage. We got it back, but it would have been nice to know in advance. Also, the pool area was scattered with food wrappers and used towels.

The breakfast was good. I was in a hurry to get to Great Wolf Lodge to see my daughter after cheer camp. It was a perfect place to stay close to the Lodge. I wish I would have had more time in the hotel. I got there late, because I had a problem with another hotel in the area. The host was super nice and concerned about me.

I wish I could have found this hotel earlier. I wish I would have known that it was so nice and affordable and close to where my daughter was going for cheer camp.

Room were clean and smelled cleaned. Loved all the precautions they had taken and although we didnt eat breakfast I did get coffee and loved that they fixed it (with gloves on) the way breakfast was served was awesome and had we not already made prior plans for breakfast we would have felt safe eating it. The staff was very nice and helpful.My husband and I stay a lot places and we always try to pick the places with the best precautions. (we still go in and disinfect everything in the room ) but I will say these folks had it right still offered a good breakfast (verses a bag one like other places) they just have staff serve.way 2 go guys

Only thing I didnt like was we saw some guest come in without mask but that wasnt from the hotel side. some people are gonna rebel just because they can.

the breakfast was very good, with a good choice. I wish we did have oatmeal but that was my personal preference, but overall, a nice selection and fresh. The room was clean and fresh with black out blinds which made it private. The whole facility was clean and the staff very personable. We definitely will be back.

The internet was a little "hazy" and kind of slow.

Ability to accommodate 5 people comfortably.

Had to request bedding for the sleeper sofa as none was in the room. Soap dispenser in shower was damaged and shampoo dispenser was empty. Need better attention to room details.

It was a nice, clean, quiet secluded hotel with nice employees. I love the room designs all the outlets!

It was pricier than I felt it should have been. The pillows are too soft.

Presentation and cleanliness of hotel. The facilities were excellent.

Room was not well insulated. Could hear the people from room above making noise, stomping and running. This started at 5:30 in the morning and proceeded the entire time of our stay.

The breakfast was really excellent. The room was great: space, kitchen, etc. We brought dogs, and that went fine as well.

The only bad thing was the bathroom door was broken, but the staff moved us to a new room that was great.
