Hampton Inn Lagrange near Callaway Gardens

The first day breakfast was great and the lady was very nice and keeping it clean, the second day you had no meats and Western omelets so if you don't eat peppers and onions and most kids don't you had very little healthy choices.

The western omelet I am allergic to onions andtherewerenoplainones shouldhavechoice, and the lady left to go on a break at 8 and didn't come back until someone went to the desk to see if they could get some milk.

The hotel room was clean. Check in was clear as expected. Front desk nice folks.

The room was noisy due to gaps under door. No signs request.quiet in the halls. A lot of golks must stay there for work and as they got up early to leave they sounded like they were in my room! The breakfast was sparse and not good. Stick with the instant oatmeal or yogurt and avoid the "eggs" because I suspect they're part rubber.

We were able to check in a bit early. Front desk personnel was so friendly and helpful. She even rang us up to make sure we had settled in okay and made sure to let me know if we needed anything to call the Front Desk. We've stayed at Hamptons before and never received a courtesy call like this. The room was nice with a firm bed. Nice amenities, microwave, fridge, toilette items, coffee maker, and outlets by the bed. The coffee was great downstairs. Hot breakfast is available. Pool is open later than most places which is a plus. I enjoyed swimming a few laps and relaxing in the pool.

The pool was a bit green and could use a vacuum toward the 5ft area. But nothing too awful. I enjoyed being able to find a time to get in without anyone else swimming.

Shanay was very sweet and helpful when we checked in. Great friendly staff. Room was clean and breakfast was great. Barbara was great when we checked out. Overall my stay was wonderful. We were there for a funeral and had other family members there as well. They staff went above and beyond for our stay. I definitely recommend this location to anyone. I would also stay here again. Thank you all for the wonderful service. It was definitely home away from home.

Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was great!!! My uncle loved his bed!!! Our king size bed was amazing!!

One of the baggage carts was a little messed up, but it got the job done. My husband said it looked like it needed a new wheel.

The staff was very friendly and check in and out was a breeze other than minor things in the bathroom my stay was excellent

It should have been more of a variety and quantity. The hotel was sold out on the nights that I booked and it wasn't enough breakfast to accommodate all of the guests. Baseball teams and their families so I feel the hotel should have prepared for more staff to be there to prepare breakfast. The bathrooms can be touched up a little more with paint

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was good for the price.

The battery in the door lock died while we were eating breakfast and because the maintenance man was not there it took an hour for someone else to replace the battery. All the staff was helpful and trying to help but if this is something that can happen the batteries should be replaced on rotation.

The location was very convenient for my trip. Not being a lot of choices there, I was pleased to find a Hampton Inn.

My stay was very much last minute unplanned and stayed like that throughout. I ended up with some charges coming through later that I was not sure how to identify. Generally, tho, not worth persuing.

The breakfast was good and hot, the room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was great for me to visit Callaway Gardens with ease.

The only thing I didn't like is the the air condition was so cold in the dining area that your nice hot food got cold before I could finish my meal.

The room, the stay, the location, and the hotel itself accommodated my desired needs for this very short trip. The staff was very friendly and handled concerns timely.

I didn't like being charged additional fees and being charged for an additional room that I did not book. Thankfully, the nice lady at the desk was able to assist me with this issue. I will not be using booking.com again.
