it was in a good location easy to get to.

the air conditioner worked good when you set the temperature on 68° if you put it higher because the room did get cold, then it was hot in the room. We had to keep adjusting the air conditioner because it kept going off and if it was higher than 68° it would get hot. it shouldn’t be that way. We keep our air on 69 at night at home and are very comfortable all night. I told the person at the desk when we checked out about the air condition and he said that they had recently had renovations done. But that didn’t really help us.

I had 2 rooms reserved. got there around noon to pay for rooms and to verify when we could check in. was told to come back around 3p. came back around 4p and rooms where still not ready. left and came back around 730 rooms finally available. I have stayed here several times over the past few years but this was the worst experience I ever had with this facility.

Our rooms were very nice, very comfortable. The hotel was very clean.

Breakfast could have been better. We had kids in our group and they did not have cereal for breakfast. I was a little disappointed because the breakfast boxes were not kids friendly. So our kids basically ate a banana and yogurt. There was no milk or juice for them either, so they had to drink water for breakfast. There was also a problem with my reservation since I did it thru booking,com for some reason they could not find my confirmation number. The lady at the front desk was very rude to me at the beginning but then she helped me and accommodate me. We actually when to that side of town to bury our son who had just recently passed away and we were in pain, mourning and very heart broken and we had to deal with that situation, but not big deal, we got it worked out.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! Delicious Southern biscuits, make your own waffles, oatmeal with topping choices, eggs and other continental options, and the most lovely friendly breakfast lady.

I felt it could have been closer to $100 considering the rural location - maybe a discount for extended/multiple day stays to make it easier for people visiting family over a longer time?

During our stay I didn't see anything to complain about. The pillows were very soft not much support, I quess that's the only dislike.

Staff was friendly and accommodating to my requests.

Even though the room had a coffee maker, I prefer fresh brewed coffee and it would have been nice to find that in the lobby or the dining area. The room had a microwave and a small refrigerator which I found very useful and the desk gave me plenty of room to work.

I love the hotel and the room cleaniness and the fitness gym and the food was very good everything was excellent will be back again.

There wasn't nothing I didn't like.

Beautiful view. Quiet and pleasant. The lobby was inviting. Only had morning coffee. Did not have breakfast.

The pool was very nice, well kept. The lobby and area around it was super clean. When we first got into the room it was nice and cold. I love lad that I could adjust the temperature in the room without hassle.

Because of COVID they had no hot chocolate, plenty of coffee but no hot chocolate or hot teas. Only the third floor ice machine was up and running. The doors seemed to slam, which in turn woke us up in the middle of the night.
