Garden inn & suites pine Mountain

It was clean and close to the activities that we chose.

The room was simple, but very clean. Easy access to the room. The temperature of the room was comfortable during a real arctic chill. The hosts were very nice and very prompt in helping us. The location was very good to reach several destinations of interest to us. Located in a cute small town with lots of boutique shopping.

I liked the location. It was not that far from the main road. We easily walked to and from our hotel to restaurants and shops. Even the mountain coaster! Our room was a very nice size. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. Our view of the river was nice in the evening and in the morning. I was sad that we didn't stay more than a night. The receptionist who greeted us was lovely as well as the one the morning when we checked out. The one who checked us in told us she would call when our room was ready. And that she did. I thought that was fantastic. And I give credit to the hotel housekeeping for doing such a great job as well! I would book a stay in the summertime!

There was nothing not to like when we liked/loved everything about our stay. Customer service is rare and few these days in hospitality. But this place gave us that, which makes a great start to a great stay!

We have stayed at this property 2 more times since the initial stay. We have family in pine mountain and love that there is somewhere decent and affordable that we can stay close to everyone. I do recommend upgrading to the suites if you are traveling with kids. We have 3 children and it made a world of difference having the couch and extra space. We also like the rooms up on the hill better.

Our first stay we booked a non smoking room and it seems like it may have been a smoking room at some point or the previous goers were rule breakers. Overall the room was very clean and comfortable otherwise.

Well lit at night, great location, loved the hard wood floor and the dog area. Very accommodating for an overnight stay. Lots of parking and very close to restaurants, and shopping.

Building was dated, could have done a little better job at cleaning.

My room was huge I love that room however it’s a little boring you don’t really see anything but that was also to be expected I enjoyed my stay it was extra quiet and like I said I love the size of that room and the price was unbelievable if I go back there I will return back to the same hotel. I only came because I wanted to go to the Safari which was only 10 minutes away perfect

If there were things to see maybe other than that everything was perfect

I was wonderful to sleep in King size bed will more than one pillow. I am thankful for the room that we stayed in. Fortunately, the rooms were empty on either side of us. We were treated like royalty.

It would have been nice if the staff were available instead of "on call" but they were courteous and polite. There really is nothing that we did not like about the place. I suppose if I had to say something then it would be driving up an incline to get to the room.

Light fixture in bathroom full of bugs. Mirrors dirty and bed had no comforter.light throw didn't cover the bed. Too short cover. Refrigerator had ice build up and tray broken. Room could have benefit from a general cleaning. Rooms not reflective on picture on internet. Building painted a weird mustard color. Pictures are deceiving.

Room was clean, comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about local restaurants and places to visit.

Would have liked to have walked into a cool room, instead of hot room. I did talk to Mgr and he explained they had had several cancelations over the past few days and was reason not turned on. I understood his point of view. For me, I will call ahead to assure I will be there and ask for them to turn the air on ahead of my arrival. Problem solved.

It was clean and nice everyone was clean and it was peaceful there and that is what we were looking for. Time to slow down. It is a small town so it is time to slow down. I have to say I left a bag and they are sending it to me and I'm paying and very thankful.

The only problem we had was no toilet paper in our room we had very little on the role. they gave us some the next morning but no back up. When I went to get it she was very apologetic and gave me two rolls. They take care of the problem.
