Everything was great experience the one problem was we needed 7 days and they charge for 5 days hey no fault on they behalf wife should of looked on the Bill I understand it would have been at a cheaper price on Saturday and Sunday so they couldn't charge us the extra price we should looked at the Bill before we left shopping needs are a walking you don't have to drive around Everything in right there for you p

They knowing we Booked 7 days and put us out on a Thursday we checked in on Saturday and needed to check out on Saturday we payed for a extra day which later found out it was more than Bookings.Com other than that look at your recipe we assumed that's on us P.S Rooms cleaning was amazing 👏 good 👍🏻 no problems fresh smells experience

Clean and affordable

Well the room service wanted us to leave at 945am so that they could get a early start on cleaning the room , so me and the wife went back to sleep but everything else was cool , also our three kids couldn't enjoy the pool told us " African American people " only two but it was exceptional for a Caucasian family of six was allowed too ... But we were celebrating our anniversary but nice room and clean but the race card was visible.....

I loved that the room was clean and very up to standard ! the front desk staff was excellent and extremely helpful !

the pool wasn’t heated it was actually kinda cold , I wish it was a little bit warmer because that’s the whole reason I booked a hotel with an inside pool because I wanted to swim , me and my husband swam one time and the pool was reasonable but later around 8 when we went back to get in the pool was colder than earlier and it was cold outside so we didn’t swim again !

Breakfast was ok - orange juice was very bitter and milk tasted off. Waffles were great. No smoking in hotel is awesome! Guy smoking in doorway going outside was not awesome. Decent value, clean, updated, friendly staff.

There was hair in the tub from a previous guest. There was hair and dust in the floor around the beds from a previous guest. The AC seemed extra loud and rattled. Not enough towels to shower and dry off & floor very slippery without a decent sized towel or bath mat.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The hotel is in the middle of some refurbishment, so, besides the paper on the hallway floors from repainting, It didn't bother my stay at all. The location was great too! The Tanger outlets, grocery store, super Walmart, and several restaurants were all in a few minutes walk, or drive from the hotel. They also have an indoor, salt water pool that I didn't have time to go in.

Unfortunately, at the time of my stay, they still weren't able to cook, so the included breakfast was all cold items like cereal, packaged Danish, oatmeal, yogurt, and apples or bananas. My typical breakfast at home is oatmeal, fruit, and an egg, so it wasn't bad, but having a hard boiled egg would have been perfect.

Grab and go breakfast was all I needed, and it was quiet and peaceful. Parking was very easy. The temperature of the room is easy and quick to adjust. The staff could not have been more wonderful. They were so accommodating and went way above and beyond to help me when they really didn't have to. The kindness here is unmatched and I have stayed a lot of places. I did not expect this quick last minute stay to be one of my favorites but it definitely is thanks to the kind staff who made it like home. I'll definitely be back here if I ever have to stay somewhere in Henry county.

Spacious room was clean. Bed was super comfy. Salt water pool was clean and nice for a quick swim. Great location off of the main road. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the waffles for breakfast.

Overall the room was clean, but could have used a sweep by the feet of the nightstands and in corners.

The whole facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained.Staff were friendly and helpful. Request for ground floor was met. Room was very comfortable and well furnished.

Breakfast items were limited due to CDC pandemic requirements, but we were surprised that it was still offered at all.

The entire property was very clean. They are u fee renovations, but it did not affect the cleanliness. The beds were harder than I was hoping, but still comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom door in our room didn’t close, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. One we notified the staff, they put in an order to fix it.

Breakfast was OK. I was hoping for eggs and such, but the waffles were good. Location was a little tricky, but it was worth it.

There was nothing about it that I disliked.
