Best Western Bradbury Inn & Suites

The property was new or nearly new, maybe 1 year old. Front Desk clerk was very nice, informative and made positive suggestions for dinner. The breakfast area is very attractive next to the main lobby with a nice selection. Decor is contemporary, all shades of gray. Location is convenient to the interstate although not visible on a dead end street.

The hot items on the breakfast bar needs to be hotter. The eggs and sausage were just room temperature. The breakfast clerk needs to initiate some conversation, reflect on hospitality. She never spoke. The Housekeeping and Maintenance staff were more talkative.

Location near hwy. Rooms were clean and updated with plenty of power outlets including USB ports for charging tablets and mobiles. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean and the fridge was larger than most at other similar properties. Breakfast was v. good. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereals, juice, yogurt , tangerines and bananas. Waffle maker was very popular. Breakfast staff were incredibly attentive and breakfast area was super clean. Special mention to Maria: She was very helpful to us. She pushed our luggage cart all the way to our room and helped my wife to unload everything in the room as my wife is handicapped. Highly recommend this establishment.

During reservation on the booking.com website, I entered a special request namely to reserve a room near the elevator due to my wife being unable to walk. Booking.com confirmed that the hotel confirmed our request. However upon check-in, we were told that booking. com failed to notify the hotel. Thie fact that booking.com would omit such an important request is dissapointing and of course is not the hotels fault.

The location was great and convenient. Walked to Craker Barrel for supper! Right off the interstate and 10-15 minutes to the event I was attending. The staff was excellent! Breakfast was ready promptly even though there was only one girl working both the breakfast setup and the checkout counter! I thought that was awsome!

Coffee maker in the room didn't work, but there was no way to know that unless you tried to make coffee. Therefore there was no way for housekeeping to know that. I alerted the front desk at checkout, and the made a note of it.

The hotel appears to be recently built/rehabbed. The lobby was tidy and spacious with an electric fireplace and tv with couch seating that doubles as the breakfast area. The room we had was very large. Breakfast is the usual stuff. Scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal and prepackaged danish. The clerks am/pm we’re both very nice.

The breakfast was pretty much standard for hotels, but a good variety of breakfast foods. I didn't think it was very well organized, it's basically one long counter and we seemed to be bumping into each other. Then if you were fixing a waffle, you had to go to a different area to get butter. Milk was in the fridge but not near the cereal. Not critical just a tad inconvenient.

Location great. Breakfast bar was excellent! Room nice and clean.

Wish our room had been on opposite side of building to avoid noisy traffic coming from busy interstate highway. Wish desk attendant would have provided info on charming eateries downtown Perry. We ventured and found delightful restaurant called “Oliver’s in charming downtown!

The room.wqs very nice and clean. The bed was super comfy. The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and accommodated our request for a room on the side away from the highway. Breakfast was.good for a hotel.breakfast. the coffee was hot too. No complaints!

The breakfast was good only problem is I think it should be opened up longer. They close it at 9:00 and it is full of people wanting to eat and it dont give a traveling person that gets in late time to rest and try to get breakfast too. I left and went to another restaurant to eat because it was so full. It is a good breakfast but needs to be at least till 10:00 or 11:00 to have time to eat.

The staff Handling breakfast was great, especially the new girl that just started.

Smoke detector hanging out of the wall in the room- clearly not functional. We made reservations weeks in advance and requested rooms close together but were on different floors. Cleaning staff spoke no English.

The hotel is very nice. It looks like it is recently remodeled. The bed was very comfy. And the shower head was absolutely amazing.

Overpriced: The price that I paid for the room was a lot more than what is listed on the back of the door. I believe the back of the door said that the highest you should be charged for the room was $125. But I was charged more than that for the room. Also they are still only doing bagged breakfasts in the morning, which consist mostly of pre-packaged pastry type items and a couple fruits. The only options for drinks with breakfast are coffee or cows milk.
