Jameson Inn - Perry

The hotel sits back from the road so there was not a lot of road noise. Our room was very clean and contained all the features one would need for a nights' stay. A/C worked great. Hot water for showers. Pool was maintained as well as the exercise room. Easy on /off and Texas Longhorn was almost next door.

Breakfast was continental style which was fine but, it needed attention. There was cold cereal readily available but only 6 single packaged mini muffins & 3 cereal bars available at 7 am. That was it. The juice machine held orange and apple --- The juice machine definitely needed attention. OJ was turning rancid. They are pet friendly with a $20 fee per pet (per day) so their sign stated.

This was one of the cleanest, quietest hotels I have ever stayed at in Perry, GA and we travel here several times each year for livestock shows. The room had been renovated with hardwood floors and new shower/tub. The staff was excellent. I needed a laundromat because of the amount of clothes changes required for showing livestock. The hotel washed and delivered my clean clothes back to my room for $20.00. I would have spent more than that in quarters to wash and dry 3 loads of clothes. Awesome perk!

Very nice refurbished facility. Clean, quiet, within 2 miles of my workplace and easily accessible. Management was very good for room placement to accommodate my needs.

All good. (Not a lot of breakfast choices but not an issue for me.)

The place was incredibly clean and very reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable. I would go back. But I will promptly plug in the frig because it takes time to cool it down after being unplugged

They had the refrigerator and microwave unplugged and when I plugged the frig in it didn't work, but I wiggled the cord and it started working. They wouldn't check it out that night but i figured it out myself.. Tv didn't work so I called the front desk and they came down and got it fixed.

A very, very clean and nice property.

Bed was a little harder, firm than we like. Also, staff were not happy with our late departure. Very rigid 11AM check out time - even called our room to remind us of 11AM check out. They could have been more accommodating.

Very clean, wood floors, obviously very good maids.

The mattress pad was uncomfortable, it's.ironic and sad that everything was so nice but 'where the rubber meets the road' there was a pretty big hiccup. Plus although there is bona fide staffing shortage I think they hide behind that and CV to reduce services like maid service, downstairs coffee and a little breakfast food .

Value, location but what I really appreciate was the quietness of the entire place, if you looking for a peaceful place this is it, I stayed in another places where it was just too noisy. Friendly people.

The cleaning lady open the door without knocking twice, that's is unacceptable but they said that they would work on this. A bit of more training n it could be solved.

Came in for a dog show...the management was friendly and very helpful...room was well stocked and very neat and clean best of all ..No carpet on the floor...brought my pup with me and had place to potty him. Very nice and plan to stay here again next time I come to Perry.

Considering Covid has a lot of stuff shut down... everything here was great

Normally when I travel with a pet I get on my knees with a flashlight and I find pills, food, wrappers and other things I have to pick up before I can let my pet in the room. At the Jameson I found nothing - cleanest hotel I’ve seen in years. Neat as a pin. Comfortable, close to the highway and restaurants, grassy areas to walk the dogs. Highly recommend.

Pet fee $12 per dog per night.

Clean, quiet, friendly, accommodating staff. We travel to this area several times each year for activities at the GA AG CTR and always stay at the Jameson Inn.
