it was nice friendly people but wasn’t beside checking out it was okay

check out the lady didn’t say anything bout the deposit and she just said drop your keys off and you can go

Clean place, polite staff, good location for me, pleasant environment, safe.

The restaurant only had a buffet option for breakfast. This doesn’t work well for single travelers who don’t eat large breakfasts- flat $20 rate when I only wanted a light breakfast. Everytime I’ve stayed here, the bar/ restaurant staff is understaffed in the evening, even when they have a large guest group .

the bar area was understaffed on one occasion. There was a large boxing event, and lots of folks were ordering food and lots of drinks. There was one bartender. She was cheerful and somehow managed to handle it, but one bartender with no bar back when s big event is expected is inexcusable. Management did a poor job on this one. it was management and not the bartender. She knew what she was doing, but she had only two hands!

Booking.com made a mess with my reservation... I will not use there platform again for any travel arrangements.. They book my last name as my first ...and thanks to the work of the front desk figured it out...I had to pay twice for the trip.... my card was debited for the trip through Booking. com when I check out I had another bill from the hotel for my stay.... I will be letting everyone in the Bahamas know about my Booking. com experience... I've never got rip off from Expedia... I will be reverting back

I didn't eat breakfast. I was very happy that there is a Starbucks on site. I loved how fast I got reservations at such short notice.

We had a reading light that malfunctioned. Kept coming on at intervals. Staff was very accomodating and helped resolve problem.

I was pleasantly surprised at this location. We stayed for a weekend for travel ball tournament and comparative to downtown Atlanta, this is our new favorite for our many upcoming Atlanta hotel stays! This hotel takes COVID cleanliness seriously, and I appreciated that. No issues with pillows or bed (both very comfortable) Really loved the scents for fancy shampoo and soap in the shower. Glass elevator was really fun. We went up and down a few extra times just for the ride bc the kids thought it was pretty cool. Decor is superb in rooms and throughout the hotel. Staff were helpful, quick to assist, seemed to be well paid and happy to help. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Very pleased, and we will be coming back😉

Starbucks in the hotel didn’t offer full Starbucks menu. (Smaller cafe, bagels and muffins, yogurt, and breakfast crackers. However, seemed to have most drinks with exception of traditional Starbucks drink flavoring syrups. Didn’t have as many dairy free options, at Starbucks but still great service and delicious brewed coffee. Marriott club was closed. Pool is closed. (Outdoor, large pool,and looks very nice.)

Bed comfy. Room design nice. Helpful staff. Lobby was clean. Felt comfortable staying there.

I liked both rooms I reserved. I came back another night but the second room just needed a little bit more thorough wipe down. I wiped handles and thermostat. The hotel rooms were renovated recently it seems. The look is very nice and modern. The shower has a cool drain. It is currently cold weather so no pool. No breakfast served due to covid. I did suggest the staff don't keep open wine bottles in snack shop. There is no date to know when bottle was opened or by who. Overall it was not a bad stay. Beds were soft and comfy.

The property was very clean, neat and in order. Though the ice machine didn’t work on floor 5, the staff was very friendly in handling the problem and even offer to bring so Ice to us! House keeping doesn’t work on weekends, which was completely fine because we didn’t want anyone in our room lol. We also liked the bar but it should have longer hours. 5pm-9pm is to early... overall the stay was amazing.

Very nice place. Most of the staff was very pleasant. The night shift desk gentleman could have explained things a little better and better customer service.

Stayed for 3 days . Shower water was not hot at all either day. Bill had unheard of extra charges for a phone I never even used.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Beautiful property. I was very surprised at how nice it looked inside for what we paid. Great value.

The gate to exit the parking lot wasn’t working.
