Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square

It is in a great location near restaurants and entertainment. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is spotless, which is a huge plus.

Bed was not comfortable. I've stayed here before, and this location had a breakfast that was not good. I didn't try it this time. Maybe it's better than a year ago, but I just skipped it. The room is huge, but the bathroom is tiny. The door barely misses the toilet when you close the door. You walk into the bathroom up to the tub, past the toilet, and then you can close the door. It's kind of awkward

Quiet (even with 2 bus loads of high school sports teams). Breakfast was way better than other hotels during the pandemic. Front desk staff was super helpful. Masks were required in the foyer. Room was spotless.

Really convenient location, great breakfast selection and nice spacious room.

It was incredibly noisy and people were shouting at each other in the hallway. The doors constantly opening and closing kept us awake. Also, when we pulled out the pull-out bed it was obvious someone had already slept on the sheets and there were crumbs all over it. Super surprised for a place like this. I also thought the door into the bathrooms were silly; you could barely open the door and get in around the toilet.

The room was very spacious - I loved having a couch with a little bit of privacy from the beds , and a separate sink by the kitchen area. Breakfast was really good - probably the best hotel continental breakfast I had all summer. The pool was very popular, though I didn't have time to use it. Staff was very friendly. We could walk to restaurants.I appreciated the workout room as well. Easy access to highway and shopping - it was just what we needed for a family road trip.

The fan/AC was a little loud at night- but not sure there's much to be done about that.. The hotel is located in the midst of strip malls - which was actually walkable and worked well for us. Workout room was a little small, and no weights.

Clean room, lots of space. Pool was nice and big, and clean. Cute view of the geese and ducks. Nice to have a bath and shower option in the room.

Breakfast wasn't fabulous, could have used some additional options like fresh fruit, instead of just canned. Forgot key in room after using the pool, and the morning front desk attendant kept taking phone calls and never once looked my direction. Fridge in room is a little small.

Bigger room than I was expecting and the pool was open during the lockdown by appt only. They have coffee and take away breakfast.

Can't think of anything. They could have oatmeal for breakfast. :) Could be cheaper during the pandemic but it's a nice place.

We loved the lobby and the breakfast was great! The halls were lit nicely and the pool was fun.

Our room was still dirty and the bathroom door didn't latch or lock properly. Our AC unit wasn't working and there were crumbs and trash under the couch/pull out bed. Our bedding was stained and our pillows had long hairs all over them.

This was one of the most phenomenal experiences I have had at a hotel. Despite being somewhat low staffed, the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. They offered to take us to our conference just about a mile away from the hotel and were happy to do it. Very kind, gracious, genuinely wanted to take really great care of their guest.

The spaciousness of the room was extraordinary! A functioning living room was the best - we didn't have to sit on the bed during our down times.

There was no microwave that we could find. We ate out and had leftovers to snack on, but no way to heat them up. The bathroom, though it's something I don't really care about, was pretty small.

The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The pool area smelled like propane really bad. It was a ridiculous price for what we got. We only paid that price because it was a Hyatt. Then after driving 8 hours find out it’s no better than a local motor dive. As far as the old beds and dirty pool. I have never swam in a pool with more hair and gunk at the bottom of it.
