I liked the staff and they were very welcoming and kind

The service and drama inside if the restaurant was kind poor. Took over 45 minutes to get our food and they had color pages and or menus that where color pages but no crayons l, had to ask another waitress walking by for some she was kind of rude and snide. Our waitress at our table was patient, kind, fast, and efficient. She tracked down some crayons for us. We stayed on the 15th of April overall really appreciate you all and happy with our stay. My ex embarrassed me infront of my mom and kids and I wanted to crawl under the table 🤣😩 thanks to 6ou guys I kept it together and truly enjoyed myself so did my family ; definitely recommend to all and will be back !

The location was good and the restaurant was good with excellent friendly staff. The front desk was responsive to requests.

It was very strange because no one ever came to clean our room. The bathroom could have used a little tlc. You could tell where it had leaked around the tub and the water dripped in the shower continuely leaving a yellow stain.

The hotel is in a great location with a view of the river.

The ladies at the reception desk didn't seem to be very professional. The elevator was acting up. The housekeeper had to jump up and down on the floor of the elevator to get it to line up to the main floor. It felt like they were in the middle of a transition or something.

Altho I wasn't personally there, my husband and daughter with her family all raved about how comfortable the beds were! They were also most impressed with the breakfast buffet.

Nobody mentioned one thing that they wished were different.

Cleanliness is a big deal to me. I look for cleanliness in the lobby, parking lot and rooms. This was a very clean hotel with friendly and informed staff. The bed was super comfortable. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

Great big room and nicely appointed, also very convenient to have a really good restaurant for dinner. Pretty impressive food and we’re foodies.

When you get off the elevator on first floor, there isn’t a sign telling you where the lobby is. We got turned around a few times. Also room didn’t have hair conditioner or makeup remover towelettes. Really inexpensive hotels have those items. Also the air conditioner in bedroom area didn’t work for beans and it was uncomfortably hot to sleep.

I liked how it was kid and pet friendly. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The location is great but it is an older hotel

I did not like that anyone could hop on the elevator. A key card would be safer.

The room was very nice, bed comfortable. Breakfast spectacular (A+). Restaurant is very good, and convenient to the hotel. Waitresses very pleasant.

This facility needs more help- after 3 busloads of a football team exited on the day we arrived, they couldn't get the rooms cleaned fast enough - it took 2 hours to get our room. Not their fault - but could have been better. Also needs a trash basket in the main part of the room.

Spacious room, nice and comfortable furniture, very clean, comfortable bed. Have your breakfast on the Deck, if weather allows - recommended.

The bath plumbing was a little sketchy, and slow to drain. Some vending machines were out of order, and the selection of drinks to buy at a later hour of the night was limited. They were fully booked, and a little slow to refill the breakfast buffet table, but we got the food eventually.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was big and there were lots of comfortable pillows. Also...super experience with people at the bar. Staff members were friendly.

Staff including front desk, housekeeping and diner seemed a bit overwhelmed and under staffed. Breakfast buffet needed attending more and the coffee was always put at the front area.
