Holiday Inn Express Lewiston, an IHG Hotel

The front desk employees were great. Took the time to help us with directions and answered our questions. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were concerned about the construction because of noise. Our room was quiet and construction didn’t bother us. We will return to this hotel. There is a great steak house close to the hotel.

The hotel was under construction. At first we were irritated because we couldn’t use the pool and no breakfast room. The hotel had a nice breakfast selection setup as a grab and go. Good breakfast sandwiches, muffins and much more. Very happy with the work the hotel put in so we had a pretty good breakfast.

The hotel overall was really nice. The room was clean and that's the most important thing to me. The breakfast food was very good and a nice variety.

I did not like the drinking water at breakfast as after I drank half the cup I saw floaties. Then I checked my daughter's cup and realized there was mold floating in our cups! I ate ice the night before so who knows how much mold I ingested, but it was super gross. Apparently they need to clean their taps and ice machines.

Good location, room was quiet even with lots of guests staying there, comfy bed, big shower, balcony.

Pillows were awful. Stayed for a week and breakfast options dwindled to less and less every day. By the middle of the week there was no yogurt or milk. As for no room service except for trash and towel during the middle of my stay. Very specific, trash and towels only! Came back to my room to find they had my son’s puzzle pieces had been vacuumed up and his money taken of the night stand. I talked to the person who was in our room. He admitted taking the money and gave it back but made no attempt to retrieve the puzzle pieces from the vacuum even after I explained it was a gift from his grandparents who he hadn’t seen for 4 years.

Great location, safe, bright entrance and parking. Comfy size of room, friendly staff and great breakfast! Quiet for the most part, felt safe coming and going alone. Bed was comfy, convenient ice machine and vending and snacks.

No housekeeping services during my 4 night stay, no view and the A/C fan was a bit noisy, otherwise this is a great hotel and I would stay there again!!

breakfast was great. We have stayed in 2 different spa suites offered at this location. We like both, One was considerable larger than other but we were charged same price. I am not complaining. These suites are my stress relief!!!!! I own & operate my business in the healthcare field. I have decided this needs to be a monthly trip. Does this company offer any ownership programs?? I am highly interested if so. 1 last thing, The STAFF @ THIS LOCATION ARE EXCELLENT!!!! GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE!!!

I will never book through Booking.com again because of the cancellation policy. We had some plans that changed, outside of our control. We stayed in Walla Walla, WA on Friday, but still paid Booking.com for the room. We were unable to change or modify reservations based on my understanding of the booking agreement.

Great hotel, but currently under going a total remodel. Breakfast was very good.

Our room was in the back with no view. Next time I'd request a view room overlooking the entire city and river below.

The whole experience was great. Check in was easy and the staff friendly. The room was comfortable and clean.We have stayed many times before and enjoy it each time.

When we went to breakfast, most of the hot food pans were empty and not refilled, so we were a little disappointed.

The property was in a great location, secure, comfortable, and had friendly staff. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the views of the river and valley were outstanding. the room itself had everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable.

Despite the heat, I wish the jacuzzi was working.

The breakfast bar was tasty, great choices. Had an issue with the people in the adjoining room but management was amazing in helping is get moved to a new room.
