Quality Inn Paradise Creek

Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Conveniently located. These are the most important things, so overall we were happy.

TV is a nightmare. Water stains on the ceiling. Furnishings and electrical felt like an amateur Home Depot repair job. Fridge didn't close tightly. Hot and Cold reversed on the sink. Furniture, surfaces, and VCR (?) felt haphazardly thrown together. Smokers at every exterior door seemingly 24/7. Dirty chairs and sofa in the suite. Seems like with a little TLC the entire experience could be much more pleasing.

The breakfast was wonderful. There were multiple options and the presentation was organized and very clean. We enjoyed waffles, scrambled eggs, and potatoes. Denise was a great help to us during our stay.

The facility needs to have an elevator for guests. Stairs can be difficult for many, and it was a huge challenge to climb the stairs.

Loved the friendly staff. I also liked the back entrance that was near our room. The breakfast and coffee where great. I had tea later in the day to warm up. I was allowed to stay an extra hour that was much needed.

The little coffee maker in my room didn't work, so I went to the lobby to get it.

This was a surprise slice of heaven. We stopped by to visit WSU which was about 4 minutes away yet the place we stayed was quiet and lovely. There was a walking trail across the parking lot that was BEAUTIFUL and allowed me to safely walk my dog the two miles he requires.

There was no elevator for my 88 year old mother BUT the hotel is built above a sweet creek so it is understandable. The stairs are nice and wide so with time she was able to climb them, no problem. I believe she even felt proud of herself for doing so!

Just stayed the night. I enjoyed the pillows to be honest. There were so many on the bed already and I just liked that part so much. They currently do not offer continental breakfast. Instead they have a sheet they provide you when you first get there. You mark off what you want and by what time and they prepare the breakfast items for you. I also workout daily. The gym was open and available for use. You just need to tell them when you need to use it. After you are done, you just let them know what equipment you used for them to wipe down.

The only drawback I can think of is that there isn’t a whole lot of parking outside the building. If the lots full you’ll just need to part further down the lot. But that gets a little confusing on if you can park there.

The breakfast exceeded all our expectations. It was great! The staff was also generous with extra towels and blankets as requested

Our room was never serviced. We only stayed a few days, but housekeeping never came by.

The town was great and the Inn was located at a very quiet spot. The room was very comfortable and pretty decent breakfast.

I was not informed of the extra charges $35 for bringing pets before I booked because I read in the Q&A that there is no fee for registering pets at check-in. However I was informed by the front desk at check-in that the king suites will not allow pets and it was the only room available at the time. Had to accept the additional charges, wished it was clearly included in the descriptions.

I like the bed as it was very comfortable for me following a lengthy travel time. The staffs were very accommodating and nice. The hotel premises are also clean and the overall vibe is very homey. It was also very near WSU, thus very convenient for visitors.

Nothing really. Only that the place could look a bit dated and a tad simple. But this was not a problem. Some facilities were not available due to Covid.

I hadn't booked a pet friendly room, but the front desk fixed that seamlessly. I also extended by a day, and had no trouble there, either. The furnishings were as good as home.

Some of the fixtures (wall plates, doorknobs, shower) should be replaced, but are still serviceable. The room was a bit dim, with only lamps.

The price was tripled from a normal weekend stay due to the Graduation in Moscow. Gym had very little equipment. The pool was closed.
