Holiday Inn - Clarkston - Lewiston, an IHG Hotel0

Breakfast was very good, ordered from menu as opposed to a buffet setting, and really liked that. Bed was comfy, tv was larger than at some hotels. Everything appeared to be cleaned. Attached restaurant was a plus.

The smell when we first entered the room was rather unpleasant. While I thought someone had forgotten to flush the toilet, my husband at first thought it was the cleanser they had used, but we eventually concluded it was probably the smell from the paper mill that is located nearby filtering in. So, am guessing there isn't much to be improved in that aspect.

Breakfast offerings were good, not fabulous. Dinner exceeded expectations and staff were particularly accommodating. Location close to cruise ship dock is very good and arrangements between the hotel and cruise line were very smooth and helpful. Hell's Canyon excursion jet boat also leaves from this same dock.

They've cut the room cleaning down to every 5 days. That seems a bit long. The hotel is a little hard to find, and it would help if they could put a sign out on the Clarkston street which is US 12.

The cleanliness of the room and the swimming pool. The beds were absolutely comfortable!! The location was on point! Right next to a Walmart so light shopping for the kids was easy. Looking forward to another stay soon.

My coffee maker didn’t work in my room but was able to go to my kids room and make a cup. I asked Jen, she had an attitude when I asked her to send in maintenance. They never showed up. I later told the AM management the next day but by then it was time to head out.

This location in the Clarkston/Lewiston area is wonderful, especially if you are traveling with a dog! There is a beautiful park just west of the hotel and the miles long walk/bike trail along the Snake River leaves from the hotel and heads east/south. The Staff was great, room was comfortable - we had a balcony facing the river.

No complaints.

Great stay again! This was my 3rd stay. You really can't beat the location. The staff for this stay was accommodating to our needs for a quieter room. I really, really appreciated getting moved into a room where we felt like the only ones on that floor. I love eating breakfast in the dining room area. Walking down by the river, watching the golfers from the balcony and swimming in the pool. We will be back again.

The only complaint I had was the pool water was past time to be changed on the weekend we were there. However once the Maintenance person realized it, they were on it. Bye, bye green water. :)

The table in the room and the table over the refrigerator. The view was great. Michelle at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to find my loyalty number so I can get the credit for my stay since I booked through Bookings.com.

The bathtub needed non-skid on the bottom and/or a grab bar as the bottom gets slippery with the soap. Also, needs a niche for the soap, etc. The light on the bathroom mirror isn't bright enough when putting on makeup.

poorly staffed restaurant at breakfast.. one waitress. another showed up as I finished breakfast , but waited quite awhile to get ticket and pay!! almost as long to get out as it took to partake in breakfast. And food wasn’t anything special.. like everywhere they seem inadequately staffed

Breakfast was available in the hotel restaurant, but was not included as part of the rate. The hotel restaurant breakfast was good.

The rate for the hotel is high for the area.

Attached restaurant was better than expected. Room was clean and mostly comfortable.

AC unit next to the bed without vents you can point away from the bed. Those next to the bed froze while other bed was too warm. Hard to regulate temperature in the room.

The bed was super comfortable. TV was good and lots of channels available. had a restaurant.

The bathroom was tiny. I thought that for the price, breakfast should have been included.
