We enjoyed our stay immensely, the hotel is very new,clean,staff was great and very convenient to the places we wanted to visit. In addition...the breakfast was awesome and the bed was so comfy!
The only thing that I personally didn't care for were the pillows, a little bit hard for my taste...but the extra blanket they brought on my request was so cosy...comforter style. We loved it! Also, and I knew this prior...it would have been nice to have a restaurant/bar...not a deterrent to a repeat visit. We did go to Roosters which was fairly close.

Quiet, clean, modern, convenient -everything you would want and more. Great breakfast and helpful, friendly staff. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked amazing. Parking was also so convenient.
It would have been nice to be able to buy a bottle of wine on-site rather than having to run down to the gas station. and it would have been great to have a view of the river. 😉 oh- and the refrigerator was noisy when I turno when it turned on and off during the night.

The front desk staff were amazing! The omelet chef was friendly. The room was clean, and the beds were extra comfortable! I was iffy about staying next to the stairs and door, but I didn't hear any of the noise that comes with that.
The breakfast ran out our first night but not really anyone's fault, there were baseball teams there!

Being fairly new, everything had that clean look to it. The staff were engaging & helpful.
The rooms weren't all ready for us even 2 hours after check in. The 1 room that was a suite was finally ready at 5:20pm, but sadly after a 7 hr drive in the car that left us 2 really unhappy toddlers who needed to eat & run. Also one of the other rooms the shower spray got around the curtain & made a puddle in front of the closet.

Excellent and well stocked breakfast area with omelettes made to order. Very clean and we enjoyed the large seating area for both breakfast and after hours. There is a back patio as well. The staff was very helpful and super friendly.

Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I enjoyed making my own coffee in the room, too. The lobby was furnished to create comfortable conversation settings with visitors and was beautifully themed with fish in the flooring and in other decorative touches. Snake River “reminders” showed up in the wall decor as well. A pool and spa was available which we didn’t enjoy this stay but hope to return in the future and enjoy them.
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

my husband was having surgery and we didn’t know if we would need another night and the manager was so helpful. just told us to let her know and we did at 11 the next day and she checked us out via the phone. very helpful 👍

Excellent! The full omelette bar was way beyond what we expected. Also - I got to charge my electric car over night . The room was VERY clean and well stocked. The night was a bit loud , as there were kids up and down the hallways due to a baseball tournament. So the rooms are super sound proof. But - it wasn’t anything turning up my throat didn’t solve!

I wasn’t a fan of the bed. It wasn’t very comfortable. I also didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have complimentary waters in the room. We had to go to the vending machine to purchase one where they cost $2 each.

More luggage carriers are needed. We were on the 3rd floor and none were available. Guests need to load and return for others. use use
