Chicago Marriott Southwest at Burr Ridge

Breakfast and dinner menu, as well as bar provided great choices and exceptional service. Nasser, Sacheen and Merrisa (bartender) always greeted me with a smile and suggestions on various menu and drink options. They are a credit to the Marriott. This is the third time staying here from overseas to visit family and you always provide a comfortable and uplifting experience. Faizon and Mamela at reception provided the same experience.

This was my third time here from overseas usually I come with my wife this time alone. The facilities and dining options are great but what stands out most are the staff. They are always so welcoming, positive and attentive in every way. Nasser, Faison, Sacheene, Merrisa (bartender) and Mamela had provided an amazing experience and great attitudes. They are assets to your property. See you next year!

Excellent food & service at breakfast. Special thanks to Caroline at the front desk. Upon arrival she accommodated our request for a room change to one with a better view. She was so nice about it and made the change immediately. She made a point to greet us coming & going. She also provided us with a complimentary breakfast. So thoughtful. She was a delight & is a tremendous asset to your organization.

We had a great stay for the weekend! The staff was very friendly, especially the male concierge who was there in the evenings. (I regret that I dont recall his name) the lobby entrance is very upscale and nice, the pool was great, and our room was comfortable and nice. We did have some noisy neighbors that moved into the room across from us to party after the first night but I mentioned the noise to the lady at the desk and I dont know what happened but I never heard a peep from them the rest of the night (maybe they moved them?) But I was very happy with the fact that it was handled and didnt end up ruining our last night!

There was a small amount of dust in places other people might not notice, but as someone who has been a housekeeper I did notice because I knew to look. Just a bit behind the door and on the ledge above the bed. Everything else was very clean! Another thing I'll say is that the toilets are very low, and I'm 5'3...

-Service too slow and staff doesn’t understand clearly especially who served the food In breakfast and during the party we attended -one lift was out of order we have to wait to the only one remaining

We requested to have the pool temp warmer. The staff were friendly, nice and responsive with our request. We mainly visited to relax and have my son swim for the 3 nights we stayed. The hotel is quiet and the staff really kept the place clean and follow safety covid protocols. We really enjoyed our staycation. We feel safe and relaxed here.

Just like the Westin hotels, It would have been also nice to have that relaxing aroma when you get in the hotel and in the rooms. I believe they have and use scented oils. Pls check Westin Hotel , Reston VA Overall the hotel smells clean and well kept. Just a tip level up the notch!

Staff was wonderful , very cooperative. Weekend breakfast spread was good too. Beautiful, small lake adjoining the hotel. Ample parking too.

Nothing such....

My husband and I have stayed here twice now after company Christmas dinners hosted at this hotel. Employees were nice and helpful. Clean room, clean bathroom and clean sheets. Beds were comfortable. No complaints at all!

Seemed expensive. And this isn’t against the property but there were lots of teens/sports team and they weren’t very respectful of noise

I didn't eat your breakfast. It was offered to late for me.

I didn't try your breakfast because I found out from a friend that they were super slow and I didn't have time for that. It was also offered to late in the morning for me. I was very disappointed that coffee wasn't offered complimentary.
