Best Western Plus Chicagoland - Countryside

We really enjoyed it here. It was super clean, smelled fresh and clean, and the breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices. The only thing that was weird was that we only had 3 bath towels in our room for a family of 4 and a 3 day stay. 3 out of the 4 of us, were female, so we really needed 2 each. When we asked for more towels, we were told we could only get 2 more. Other than that, it was a great experience. We would definitely stay again even though it was a little further than we thought from our adventures.

Wifi network that glitches everyday with the Terms page not loading. You have to "forget" the network every new day and repeat One day there was no milk in the breakfast, at all. They said "delivery didn't come"... But 3 hours is more than enough to drive and buy the milk in a grocery opposite the street. So overall, staff and management are poor.

The breakfasts were delicious and a great value for the price of our room. The bed was also very comfortable. We loved the pillows and would have purchased a couple if they were for sale. First time my husband didn’t get back and neck pain while sleeping. We also appreciated the 2 beds in the room, we each slept in one.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful with our questions. The only problem I had was getting the wi-fi working for my I pad.

We liked the location, and the last minute availability. Most of the staff were friendly. We very much appreciate the LACK of bugs. Thank you!! We appreciate the proximity of the two rooms we last minute rented.

The location charged us 2x for the 2 day stay of both room’s making a $600 charge a $1200 charge. This made a $1800 charge due to the fact we had to change locations because the prior location had bugs. We were eventually refunded one of the changes after calling a few times.

I really loved the privacy we had, I put up the do not disturb sign and they respected that. when we were checking in and out we were treated with kindness and respect. I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the staff of this facility.

I did not like that there wasn’t a pool. I had been informed of this prior so it wasn’t a problem at all. just a little bummer.

The bed was So comfortable! The bedding and pillows were fluffy and soft.

We tried to think of some negatives for the purpose of this review, they're really weren't any.

it is a good option, if you are driving to Chicago for a business and don't want to pay for an overnight parking. The hotel is clean and affordable with nice breakfast and is located in about 30 minutes of drive from Downtown Chicago (if the traffic is good). The assistants in the lobby are helpful. The hotel is located by a highway. It is quiet inside, but do not anticipate a magnificent view in your window.

As a suggestion - could you please place a spare iPhone charger in the lobby for the people who left their own one at home?

the free breakfast was way more providing then i thought out. shout out to the front desk lady that let me use scissors to cut my wristband off!

pool would’ve been epic, and i also felt our room was a little small for 4 people, but it was still a solid trip.

The breakfast here is put out by wonderful, attentive, and creative staff. Extra points for variety of breakfast options! The attending dining staff paid great attention to cleanliness. Beds are comfy. Location is great for shopping and we simply love Jameson's Charhouse! The chef there throws down with the broccoli ( 5star veggies for me ). Two thumbs up for the French onion soup.

Larger size tv would be nice. If and when the pool opens up next door it would be super cool if your guests had access to their pool. Just a thought....

I liked that it was close to place I had dinner and entertainment. I especially liked that I was able to check in a little earlier than expected. I really liked that check out was at noon!

I really can't think of anything that I didn't like about this hotel.
