Excellent fast wifi. Although reasonably small, the room was well thought out, with excellent use of space, including bench top space for cosmetics and toiletry, and good hanging and shelf and drawer space and hooks for items. The was still enough space for me to fit my yoga mat and do some yoga, which was all I wanted. The bed was very comfortable. The air con was quiet and worked well. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was great. Location was fantastic.

Only slight negative for me was lack of tea making facilities in the room. Also lack of communication prior to arrival- I had tried to email staff about my late arrival, but no reply- and when I did arrive, staff didn't answer intercom for 5 minutes and I was stuck on the street being unsure if I could enter the hotel. (check in area is not visible from the room as is on level 4) Luckily other people staying at then hotel were also outside and offered me reassurance- I would have been very stressed if they were not there.

very unique hipster vibes…the shower was very cool! we loved the mood lighting ;) The shades allowed for it to be completely dark during the day. the whole room can be controlled by the in room ipad, which made it feel very futuristic. The shared spaces (gym, room top seating, bar area) were very nice and felt European.

it was very small, I got major cruise ship vibes from the narrow room. That being said, it was very cozy and so unique that it didn’t bother us. there was also a huge draw under the bed that fit everything we had.

Location is great, walking distance from Clark/Lake blue line from airport. Close to the lake beaches, bus stop going to the zoo around the corner. Very modern room, with central computer. Shower exceptional with two heads and adjustable color lights.

WiFi connection took some time to establish on my computer, but might be my fault. For one person, the room was large enough, might be a bit small for two, if you plan on spending a lot of time indoors.

Excellent public spaces and outside patio. Great location for sightseeing.

Rooms a little too modern and small for my taste. Not a big fan of smart rooms controlled by Ipad. Air did not work in our room but they moved us for second night.

Staff was extraordinarily nice. The location was perfect.

No one could help me figure out how to cast on the tv. I figured it out on day 3 of 3. House keeping took a long time to bring extra wash cloths.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was walking distance to many downtown restaurants and areas of interest.

Price was expensive for one night and size of room.

Everyone was super friendly. Location was excellent. Hotel was very clean and we felt we were in a safe area the whole time. The quirkyness of all the sayings on everything in the room was awesome. Wife and I spent 10 minutes just trying to find and read them all!

It would be nice to have a sheet instead of just the comforter. It seemed that the ac not able to bring the temp down to where we set it so we both were too warm all night. The tablet was cool but at the same time it was annoying to have to unlock it constantly to control things and the switches on the wall seemed like they weren't working correctly.

1. The location was great, no more than 10-min walk to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. 2. The bed was good, comfortable and clean. 3. Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff helped us change to a quieter room when our original Michigan Ave-facing one was too noisy at night. 4. Having a 24/7 bar was pretty nice and convenient, we could just go downstairs and grab something to drink whenever we wanted.

1. The rooms were not sound-proof. Our original room was facing Michigan Ave, a extremely busy street, and we could continuously hear loud noise from cars driving by until around 2-3 am. This might not be a problem for most people, but my wife and I are light sleepers and we had a hard time falling asleep. However, switching to another room facing a different direction helped tremendously. So, if you are a light sleeper, don't have your room facing Michigan Ave.

The place was modern, clean and the stuff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room and bed were perfectly planned and although small, it did not feel so. The location is great and close to the river walk where you can stroll at the river admiring all the beauty of Chicago. It is also close (about 10min) to Millenium Park. Also, the breakfast was exceptional. Fresh fruit, Salmon, Avocado - it was very tasty.

Although the hotel advertises with great pillows and sleep we were not able to get others (as we felt they were rather hard).

I really enjoyed the shower. Took two everyday I was there! It was so refreshing and felt so good. The layout of the room was also very appealing, it was the perfect amount of space for a short trip. The high tech nature of room was also very useful, just had to open my phone in order to control everything.

I wished that we had a larger mini fridge and microwave in order to save left overs. When we shut off the lights before leaving with the "save the planet" switch, it seemed like it may have been on a timer. By the time we got back to our room, the lights were back on.
