Hyatt Regency Deerfield

The location of the hotel was very easy to get too. It is not too far from many restaurants, cute downtown area and gas stations. It was a very quick, easy check in. The lobby was beautiful and so was our room.

Some downsides were that our microwave that was located by the vending machine was bad. It didn't work and was outdated. The vending machine also didn't work. The doors said that they locked the sliding doors at 11 which made us feel safe but when I came in at 1 am, they were wide open. Breakfast is also not included and an additional price which is not something you typically see.

The hotel was very well maintained. The staff was helpful when the key card didn’t work. Some indie has to fix the battery on the door. They cane up immediately to help. The food was excellent and I loved the outdoor seating area

Every time I would turn on the faucet it would spray water everywhere on the sink and it was very loud. The shower dripped as well

The front desk is very helpful and considerate towards our needs and helped find us the best accommodations for our stay here while we are in a big town! We are happy with the entire experience of our stay here. Thank you for your timely responses to our needs and for the rest of our stay here while we are making accommodations for our business professionals to assist us in this process of finding resources for fun, games, places to go, and helping me develop a great understanding of the world as well.

I have not found any problems with this facility. We are leaving for the future plans we have to get a new place in the future.

The staff! Also enjoyed the pool area and lobby for relaxing. Breakfast Buffet was delicious with a great variety of fresh options.

Need a smoking area with a bench. Showers need updated water fixtures or a closing door.

The rooms had plenty of space The bathroom was a good size. There was a couple of events going on at the same time so the hotel was busy but staff handle it well. Beds we're comfy parking was ok location from restaurants were good. There was a restaurant on site and bar. WiFi. It's not as a good choice.

It wasn't a friendly atmosphere, not like I expected a hotel to feel. Other then that I wld stay again Price was little high but it got me Thur the weekend.

Just to explain more at the front desk about the housekeeping service that was available ( UP ON REQUEST), I didn’t know that and it was not mentioned at the check in time HSKP service is available up on request.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The pool had a lot of stuff floating in it. It looked like blobs of dust. There weren't many channels to choose from on the TV in my opinion.

The rooms are nice. Bed is pretty good. You had maid service You could have better front office help. Some good some out to lunch. It would be nice if the lobby played music and was more lively. A bit depressing in the lobby.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms. Forgot my toothbrush and they graciously brought me one to my room. Water pressure was awesome and temperature gets hot.

Parking lot could use some attention with potholes.
