Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Chicago-Deerfield/Lincolnshire, an IHG Hotel

located in a great area, surrounding corporate buildings, near highway. staff were great. breakfast was good. meat options were different everyday. pool was open, many people used it. laundry units in the third floor, pretty good size. front desk has change.

had to do a little drive to find good restaurants to eat at. definitely far from stores. but looking at the location, you could see that.

We got the king whirlpool suite and it was a LOT of fun! We could watch the TV in the bedroom from the whirlpool tub and relax together! very romantic and charming!

For whatever reason, it says “no” whether parking is available or not. There IS free parking for guests! Our stay was amazing. No complaints at all!

We hadn't seen this hotel for many years. It is actually very nice. My husband and his partners built that s facility and we're previous owners There are a few repairs needed, but overall very nice. The breakfast was very tasty. That area clean and well-attended.

Small tear in lampshade in our room. We needed extra blankets on the beds as it was just a bit chilly in the room at first. I noticed some of the ceiling might need repair.

Rooms were very comfortable,; hot tub and pool area was very nice; free breakfast was very good and the location was easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go.

The washing machine was not working the entire time we were at the hotel and we wanted to do some laundry.

Both when we checked in, and when we woke up the next morning, had impeccable staff present. Mike (morning staff) went above and beyond. We forgot to put our breakfast order in by midnight and he offered, without hesitation, to make us 4 breakfasts early in the AM. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! As for the room, it’s clean, comfy, has tons of little amenities (quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash), Keurig, cute folded towels, etc.) that I didn’t expect for the price point. The swimming pool is heated and for someone who freezes instantly, this was a warm, welcome surprise.

Staff was so rude to me and my daughter because we were enjoying our family and laughing. Staff did not like that we was happy! Did not appreciate the fact that we paid all that money to be disrespected and insulted by them.

We loved everything. Comfortable bed, nice amenities, clean and stocked essentials in room, amazing whirlpool tub, decent included breakfast, and very helpful friendly staff. Perfect stay, despite the Covid limitations.

The air conditioner was kinda a let down, as there were limitations to the cold temperature, which is sad because it did get quite warm in the room with the whirlpool tub going. Also, wished the bed’s comforter was a bit more substantial, it was kinda light/thin.

Their breakfast was great , nice staff and nice area . I was there for a car show and I’m glad we stayed here in a nice clean space . I didn’t get the chance to try the pool but I’m sure it was good as well. thanks for everything, will stay here next year when I come back.

After realizing I booked for the wrong date accidentally, the Night Manager was nice enough to help me figure out a solution. He was very helpful and courteous.

The pool could have been cleaner.

I liked that all amenities that were advertised was available. Breakfast was great and so was the staff.

We didn't know how to work the whirlpool in our room. We had to call concierge two times to figure out what to do. I think be to cause we had the whirlpool room instructions should've been offered on admission.
