Clean place! The breakfast is your typical small breakfast items. Nice stay!

Their smoke detectors are VERY touchy. Our shower ventilation system did not work. During a hot shower it set off the smoke alarm and the fire department showed up. A little embarrassing. Hopefully the vents get fixed. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

I appreciated the customer service. Not only were we greeted when we checked in, but we were greeted each time we passed through the lobby. Both front desk staff were accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. I want to say thank you all very much, from the front staff to the housekeeper! We appreciate you all!

I have no complaints.

Very clean rooms, no smoke odors anywhere, VERY soft bedding (agreed upon by all 3 of us in family), noticed helpful staff in the bfast room assisting another gentleman with the waffle maker, she was also cleaning the area, good for common spaces during C19.... Some people have issues with the sink being outside of the bathroom, but I have been in so many rooms where this is the norm, I actually prefer this, because I can brush my teeth while someone else is showering.

Location was definitely out of the way, but the worst problems were: crazy complicated remote control for the TV (hearing impaired so I need CC, it doesn't have a CC button, had to search for it), fridge had the ice portion completely froze closed, so I couldn't put any water bottles in to make frozen, and they insist on bfast being eaten in the common room, which is probably to prevent bug problems, but their coffee is also in this room, which closes at 9am. Not a fan of using room makers. If these are the worst issues, I was honestly not having any real problems.

the staff all were arrogants including the room girl who were assigned to clean thw room. its hard to ask like the lack of towel, clogged floor drain in the shower room, not working exhaust fan. as if its my fault , they were not approachable. hard to speak with. poor attitude towards customer.

We liked the breakfast options. One person supplemented with his own cereal. All were happy with it.

We were concerned that the bathtub had no anti-skid texture on its floor. That made it very slippery. Also, there was no grab bar to help step in/out of the tub.

Lots of free parking. Safe neighborhood. Free breakfast. Nice staff.

Towels were very thin and scratchy. Carpets and furniture didn’t look very clean. One of my rooms had outlets that didn’t work and the door handle was really loose.

I lied how friendly the staff was

I wish the housekeeping was a little more observant when it comes to cleaning the rooms because we found three things that were there when we got in the room. it was in a plain sight spot just had to bend down

the fact that the shower floors were very slippery because there were no grippers of any type on the shower floor and being handicapped it was very scarey and VERY slippery

Staff was efficient and courteous. Room was very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient. Would definitely use Baymont again when we return.

Nothing negative.

The hotel was understaffed, chronic politically driven labor shortages with superimposed Thanksgiving coverage difficulties. The employees we dealt with were helpful and cheerful.

Breakfast room had some equipment malfunctions, all eventually fixed.
