Comfortable and quiet for the kids. The manager was onsite to help square away reservation issues that the receptionist seemed unwilling to look into. That was helpful but the receptionist also made us feel like we had done something on purpose to book multiple rooms which was not the case. Good location near the interstate.

Breakfast wasn't a huge plus but I can understand they didn't want to waste food. However if you're fully booked then expect a bug crowd for Breakfast. We had to go back to check when real food was put out, otherwise it was cereal and fruit. The bathroom looked clean but while in the shower I could see the left over hair indicating that the was not an actual cleaning session. And last but not least, the mattress had visible stains. The sheets covered some but they were still visible, maybe coffee stains. If someone was charged for staining the mattress then the mattress should have been cleaned or replaced. Over all the stay way comfortable for our children at least.

I was extremely pleased with the front desk associate who put me into a room which was right near the laundry facilities. I had been travelling for quite a while and was exhausted. The whole place is very nice, clean, and brand new. Definitely would book again if back in the area.

Great facilities as it’s a brand new hotel - still has the “new” smell as you walk right in the lobby. Rooms are nice and staff are friendly. Location is not too far from the downtown area and has free parking!

The location was good for what I needed. Affordably priced.

The person at the front desk was not friendly. He was not welcoming. Hardly said 'boo' to me. Did not give me any information. Every bit of information I got about the hotel I had to pull out of him. I asked him about breakfast, his response was yeah over there. Not the times of breakfast.

The breakfast was acceptable, but not fantastic. Due to health restrictions the staff is still fixing your breakfast plates for you. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I enjoyed staying in south county as everything was within 20 minutes, and my wife felt more safe. There is a Taco Bell and Burger King literally right beside the hotel which was nice for evenings we got back late and wanted something small. The pool is small, but well maintained. We would definitely choose this hotel for future stays.

The mattress on the sleeper sofa had a disgusting stain. But stains are something most people are accustomed to if you stay at many hotels unless you're spending $250+ a night.

The whole place was very clean. Room was comfortable. The staff was professional and really friendly. Loved the space in the common area. Enough space to study, eat takeout as a family, or just hangout.

Pool was closed on Sunday, would have liked a heads up or explanation. We would have taken our son swimming on Saturday if we had of known. It wasn't a big deal. Just disappointing for him.

The hotel was extremely clean. The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable and plush!

It was impeccably clean, the facilities were brand new, so updated in every capacity. They had cookies waiting, and breakfast in the morning.

We just needed to stay overnight on our way through town. Would’ve liked to stay longer.

The Hotel is only about a year old so everything is in great condition with classy and attractive design, even having lots of well thought through enhancements such as, several well-placed coat hooks in addition to the closet, reading lights, night lights, desk space, etc. The breakfast was top notch, complete with freshly cooked sausage, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, waffles, fruits, cereals, coffee, juices, etc., all kept stocked and arranged on the multiple counter tops of a spacious breakfast bar area next to an adjacent dining area with both tables and booths to pick from. There is also a large and well-equipped exercise room and an indoor pool that I didn't get to explore, but they looked to be right on par with the rest of the the amenities, with quality features and equipment. As for the sanitary saga, there were ample hand cleaning stations in the Lobby and on each floor, and even boxes of gloves dispersed throughout the breakfast bar area. There are also easily accessible large single-person restrooms between the exercise and pool areas, also near the Lobby and dining area, which are of course quite handy for numerous scenarios where running back to the room might be a lessor option.

Didn't find much not to like, really. Perhaps they could upgrade their luggage carts to a more heavy-duty model, but the ones they have are certainly sufficient for the task.
