River City Casino and Hotel

Excellent breakfast. Young lady worked like a trojan and was fast and efficient--but was overwhelmed with long lines; service delivery of breakfast was good. Front desk people friendly. Liked that an event concert evening entertainment was offered. Liked free self. parking. Concierge Rob was helpful.

The shower nozzle is confusing. Advertising on TV and internet relative to your restaurants has not been updated.

I loved the bathroom the mirror had a TV in it the bed was comfortable the bathroom door was a sliding one looked like barn doors it was beautiful the shower was awesome I loved this hotel would stay again I give this hotel a ten for sure the bar downstairs served good food as well

No continental breakfast but other than that there was a restaurant downstairs that had plenty of options but was pricey

The hotel felt much more upscale than a typical hotel in St. Louis, it had a really nice bathroom with an awesome shower and a TV built into the mirror. I was super impressed with how modern and nice the room was for the price I paid. The staff that checked us in was also really friendly and efficient. Would definitely come here for a night out at the casino again!

Aside from the hotel room, the casino was extremely smoky, would have been nice if the non-smoking section was a bit larger if not half of the casino. Also hoping that their room service comes back eventually! Totally understand things have been hard since covid though.

it’s unfortunate the smoking sections overpowered the non smoking sections. I mean they are pretty much right next to each other so the smoke goes wherever it wants and the people smoking can walk all over looking for the games they want.

My husband sister and I stopped in St. Louis on our way to oklahoma.We thought that we would have some fun on the way.The rooms were clean. The staff was pleasant and my sister won a little.We had breakfast at the hotel which was good.

late night food options limited to Asian restaurant; I would have liked a bar open and bar food open later. Large space for events, music, did have big screens tuned into sports, however, I would have enjoyed MUSIC VIDEOS.

Staff were very freindly and responsive considering all of the covid restrictions in place. Getting a drink in the casino was a long process due to extreme lines at the bars later in the night.

Room smelled of smoke but they sent up an ionizer to help. Just don't understand how a non smoking room could smell of smoke after being cleaned in the first place.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are knowledgeable about the area. After dinner we went for a walk on a trail beside the river, which is adjacent to the property. The casino was a little quiet due to the fact they had just reimplemented the mask mandate. But there is a wide variety of games available.

Best food ever! All restaurants included! Atmosphere was so pleasing plus warm and friendly. Very clean also. Scenery, great.

The room was big enough beds were comfortable and tv was very nice touch in the bathroom The only downside to the bathroom was the counters were dirty and sticky with something on it that looked like jelly I did use a rag and clean it up before using it

Dirty countertop in the bathroom and only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom but the lady who waited on me was very nice and all you have to do is ask. One more thing was someone was smoking weed and it sure smelled on my floor that last day
