They best part about staying here was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and seemed to genuinely care about our comfort. The initial room we checked into was having problems with the air conditioner. In less than 5 minutes of calling the front desk we had someone at our room and immediately got us into a new room. Honestly probably the best staff I have ever seen.

Very clean/inviting entryway, front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.
Disappointed by multiple cleanliness issues...messes in the elevators not cleaned up even after a full day, Entire floor smelled like smoke (even though they were supposed to be non-smoking rooms) and permeated our room as well...made it difficult to sleep. Ice and vending machine were not where the signs said they would be, and the one vending machine that was there didn't work...so no snacks/drinks available at all. Top sheet of bed was ON TOP of the comforter...very odd. Blood stains on the comforter...glad I didn't have a black light with me...we might have run screaming from the room!

The building needs some updates and renovations, paints peeling, floors are not in great condition, elevator was sketchy and scary.

At first it seemed ok. Beds were comfortable and no bed bugs when we checked at arrival
ROCHES. I saw a big one first, then as the night progresses there was roaches trying to get in our snacks, they were in the bathroom. Front desk lady could CARE LESS and didn’t even offer another room. No coffee cups and sugar for the coffee pot and the coffee pods
