Best Western St. Louis Inn

From entering the building, checking in, and getting up to my room. The staff was very professional and nice! I bring my own amenities such as shampoo and stuff. But that is provided as well! Room was very clean, and comfortable.

Overall, there was not a whole lot that I didn't like. Only 2 things, which are not the end of the world. First being when I took a shower the pull tab to switch from bath fill to shower was VERY squeaky while showering. Not sure why. But thats managible. Second was one night I had bad food, and was occupying the bathroom. But was only provided 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. So I had to go get more afterwards. BUT the desk lady was very nice! I will still choose this location over many others.

We stay here every year we come to town for a Cardinals game. It's 15 mins to Busch Stadium and for the price, you can't beat it! Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and the indoor pool is open again!

Not sure what happened to breakfast this trip. It is usually decent with waffles, eggs bacon, danishes, cereal, yogurt but didn't see any of that this time. Maybe to late in the morning and they had already put it all away. No worries though, there is a Cracker Barrel just across the street!

I liked the property and the staff was very attentive and nice! The rooms were open and i liked the closet & setup of the room! The fridge in the room and dresser were a nice touch! I loved the led mirror that was touch! I also liked that the breakfast area had a good variety!

I did not like how small the tub was or how small the bathroom was! I could have done without the closet in order to extend the bathroom. Having two young kids (one of which takes a shower with me) it was a little too crowded in the bathroom.

Breakfast. Biscuits and gravy was horrible. Didn't taste like sausage, gravy was gross. I'm not a picky eater either. If u get down there past 8am especially on a w/e most food is gone even bread for toast. Very disappointed. Stayed there 2 weeks and ate out for breakfast.

Comfortable bed, nice nutritional breakfast options. Room was nice and jacuzzi tub was a relaxing experience after a tough day at work! I needed an extra day and they quickly made necessary accommodations for another room on a busy night.

The remodeling noise during the day was irritating to my partner. But this was an unavoidable nuisance.

Breakfast was not good.bacon was like bacon flavored paper, waffle machine was not working right,gravy was water down, biscuits were cold and had no flavor.sausage was ok.eggs were like rubber.

I had a amazing experience the staff was so friendly and helpful! The entire stay all I saw was staff cleaning, and repairs being done to the hotel which made me feel no worries about cleanliness, definitely will be staying again if I'm ever over this way! Amazing work!

Not a thing, it was perfect!

Breakfast was pretty generic, but was decent. The pool was nice and clean. The hotel itself was acceptable but could use some upkeep.

Bathroom vents did not work. Toilet paper was so thin tou could see through it and fell apart when used for ANY purpose.

Staff so nice room great stay there often breakfast good

Usually pool is awesome but it was so cold this time almost couldn't swim with grandsons told staff reported to maintenance but never got warmer in 4 days maybe there was problem with pool

Breakfast was pretty good. I missed eggs and biscuits and gravy, but they had a good compromise for Covid with microwaveable sausage biscuits and maintained the self-serve waffle maker, yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee. Overall, pretty good.

My brother said the beds were too firm for his preference, but my wife and I were comfortable. Seems that it can be difficult to provide a bed that makes everyone happy. Pool was drained, but considering Covid-understandable.
