Drury Inn and Suites St Louis Collinsville

We stay at this particular hotel quite often and I would say this was our best visit yet! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and the location is central to what we need when we are in town. Despite being on the first floor this time very close to the elevators and a set of exterior doors, things were quite quiet, which was very nice. Our room was absolutely spotless, which is the highest point for me because I value cleanliness so much when traveling. Breakfast was fresh, stocked, and clean and while I did not have any of the evening food choices, the Happy Hour drinks were great as always. We keep coming back to this property for a reason and this stay was another reminder why!

The hotel was spotless and the staff was incredibly kind and hardworking - they made us feel right at home and were so helpful. I like the full breakfast and "happy hour" snacks. We ate both meals at the hotel, which cut down on costs while traveling. This hotel is very popular with families, and the hotel was packed with kids.

The location is ok for quick access to St Louis, but the hotel is right next to the interstate, and traffic was loud. Although our weeknight rate seemed a reasonable price, the weekend part of our stay seemed pricey.

I always try to stay at a Drury In. When I travel. The hotels are always clean and we like the breakfast and the kickstart in the evening.

During Kickstart one of the nights the bartender questioned me where I got so many drink tickets (I rented two rooms for three nights with 5 guests). That equaled 15 drink tickets per night. She refused to serve us and stated we needed to eat which we already had. We didn’t even use all the 15 drinks. I did not like her attitude.

Staff is friendly, customer service is exceptional in all areas.

Noise from another guest kept me up. Staff tried very hard to address issue, some people are just jerks. No complaints whatsoever about the facility or staff they are all top notch but if you’re a traveler please for the love of God we all matter! We all pay to stay and have a good nights rest, be reasonable. Especially during normal sleep hours.

Great atmosphere everyone was polite and helpful. Really liked the free meals and how clean everything was kept even though multiple people were using the facilities. Great JOB by everyone. Keep up the good work.

The elevator wait time was pretty bad. It seemed to be running slower than most hotels I've stayed. Really about the only issue we had during our stay. I am sure this was due to all of the people staying there at the time as well.

Room was large and comfortable. The TV was set to a neutral channel (The weather channel ) Staff was very friendly and helpful Water dispensers where i could fill up my bottle were really good and useful! There is a lot of food nearby.

The only issue I really have is that since I did not have a car, it was always a bit of a hassle to get somewhere. There are no sidewalks to go down to Walmart or the bus station. This is more of an American infrastructure problem rather than the hotel's fault though.

The bathroom and shower were amazing! The cleanest bathroom we stayed at during our road trip! Kim at the front desk was very nice and professional!

The evening meal and breakfast wasn’t great! I felt I paid for a amenity and didn’t take full advantage of it because there wasn’t options my family would eat! The rooms were a little on the small side and there was only three of us in a room made for 4.

Breakfast in the morning and snack bar in evening. The cable television channel selections were similar to what I have at home. Beds are comfortable.

Pillows are too soft for proper head support. Only one towel hook in bathroom and we chose not to have daily housekeeping during our stay. (Being Earth conscious). So towels for second night stay had not dried completely. I suggested behind bathroom door should/could support more towel hooks.

Friendly greeting by staff at check in, very clean room, I always wear shoes in hotel rooms the bathroom floor was so clean I felt comfortable taking my shoes off, very quiet although there was alot of guests, located near several restaurants. We were too busy to eat at the free breakfast. We plan to visit this hotel again when we visit family again.

I appreciate the hotel has plenty of parking with good lighting. It also had an onsite security guard. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay at this hotel. There were lots of food options and breakfast included.

I would be more likely to use the concession corner if it was fully automated. As someone was not always at the Front Desk, it dissuaded me from making any purchases. Noise level was a little high until 10pm.
