Quality Inn O'Fallon I-64

I have stayed here many times the past several years, whenever I come to visit family. Location is very convenient, rooms are clean and comfortable. I gave it an "8" overall; not really sure it deserves an 8, but I felt than 7 was too low.

While cleanliness standards have remained excellent, I have become more disappointed in this place my last few stays. While breakfast continues to be offered, fewer items are available than in the past. The hot tub, which was an influencing factor for this being my "go-to" place for at least the past half-dozen years had been labeled "closed for maintenance" the past year or so. In actuality, it is no longer in service and I don't see that changing. The pool, however, remains open and has been clean and well-maintained ever time I stay,

1. Breakfast has gone downhill from when I stayed here before. They used to have bacon or sausage. now no meat. Now there are no pastries, English muffins, or bagels - just white bread. 2. The hot tub hasn't worked the past couple of visits. I think they must have decided to no longer maintain it. Of course, this was the only hotel in the area in this price range that has ever offered a hot tub anyway. If I find an economical place with a hot tub, I'll likely switch my allegiance. 3. The past 3 visits either the candy machine or the soda machine has been out of order, but I usually don't use them anyway.

Will I had called the day before I got there and told them I needed to add my grandson to my room and they said it was fine no extra charge but they didn’t change the room had to deal with that when we got there then after being told no extra charges they charged me another 112$ for for my grandson so they lied

They will lied to u when booking and u tell them u need a ground floor room they didn’t listen to u so over all u don’t get what u pay for and they just raise the the price up so they keep ure deposit

This particular Quality Inn is about the best 2 star hotel you'll find. It's not lavish or fancy, but the manger (owner?) Victor is above-expectations pleasant and helpful. He understands customer relations better than almost any other lodging at which I've stayed. He graciously accommodated my requests during my most recent stay. He genuinely wants his clientele to have a wonderful stay. This place has features not available at some 3-star places, such as a hot tub in addition to the indoor pool. And, unlike some other places, the aquatic facilities here are clean and well-maintained. Again, this is not fancy or high-class, but then neither are the prices. The carpets in the halls and rooms have recently been updated. I think that perhaps previous management had let things slip just a tad and my last couple of visits have demonstrated that things are on the upswing. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay at the O'Fallon, IL Quality Inn in the future. I've stayed here several times and in fact, it has become my go-to place when I visit the area.

The breakfast is good. I do wish that they offered eggs, however.

i was really looking forward to the hot tub but it was down for maintenance and had a bad smell coming from it from the stand still water. we stayed there for 6 nights and asked for fresh lindens several times and never got them.

There for 4 nights to visit with family. It was perfect being only 11 miles from family. Access to many stores. Good neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable! Didn't need to ask for a thing in 4 days.

Trivial but missed half and half for my coffee. Milk doesn't cut it for me.

Location is great. You have everything around that you would need

Doors slam if you do not catch it. When someone checks in and don’t know about that Door slams you know they are there

fortunately the hotel was located very close to quite a few restaurants. there was a Starbucks coffee right out the door so gettting coffees and a pastry was nice and convenient.

the "continental"breakfast could have had a bigger selection of items.

I have been traveling a lot recently crossing the US helping my son find a place to relocate. This is our second trip across the country bringing his household goods. I struggle when I see negative reviews for these values style hotels. I think people have expectations that are too high. This Quality Inn is clean, it has a helpful staff and the room has plenty of room. Sure the pillows are small but is that going to stop you from staying here? 😉

The young woman that worked at the front desk was wonderful very polite great customer service

Did not like that a older gentleman brought 10 children down to the pool he had no control of them basically pushed our family and another family out of the pool because they took over and we're being so rough we paid are money to stay there to and deserve to enjoy the pool!!!!!
