The breakfast was amazing. Plenty of selections, great food, and wonderful staff. Brandi the wait staff both at breakfast, and at the restaurant/bar the first night made our stay wonderful. She was attentive to our every need before we were aware of the need! Denise at the front desk was very pleasant and professional. She answered all of our questions and even remembered us when we walked by the desk on the way to other areas in the lobby both days.
We have absolutely no complaints.

The front desk staff is great; they work hard to find solutions to make your stay as best as possible. The rooms are spacious; and in general the hotel is quiet. Have stayed here multiple times.
I can tell that the hotel is struggling to hire good staff for housekeeping, maintenance and kitchen. I think the lady who waited on me in food service at the time of check in was high. Housekeeping is struggling to keep up with the standard of the hotel that it has maintained in the past. There is beginning to be signs of wear and tear that should be addressed by a good handyman, things are just not getting repaired in a timely manner or those in charge of maintenance lack skills.

Unfortunately I did not like the pillows I am allergic to feathers.. Must have hypoallergenic products. And the pillows small for a King Size Bed, Only provided 3 sets of towels..

Great. I need assistance and the staff was very very helpful and very professional and very friendly. I did not have to ask for help. Star noticed I needed help and stepped right in to help me . I booked through Bookings.com and they did not make proper reservations with your hotel; but your front desk person, Denise, took care of my needs by contacting Bookings and making sure my reservations were in orcer.

We had a great stay! The front desk staff was great- professional and personable! Atmosphere was wonderful! Our group of 6 had a few drinks at the bar. The bartender Xavier was absolutely phenomenal and went out of his way to make our family reunion enjoyable!

NO AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION. I used Uber but that was a little sketchy and added stress to my travels. The hotel is so close to the freeway and only 10 min to and from Mid America airport.

Everything was on point
Very pricy me and my children were stranded and didn’t make it to the hotel till 3am and still had to pay full price for a couple hours we were traveling from Rockford and my car broke down and I ended up having to pay almost 300$ from 3-11

I loved the room nice big size great location and the trail in the back of hotel to take a walk around the pond where the ducks were beautiful site.
Having to pay for breakfast when your room is already a nice penny i felt it should have been free but oh well.
