Comfort Inn & Suites near Route 66 Award Winning Gold Hotel 2021

The breakfast was really good and fresh. They actually took pride in preparing the food for hotel guest. The kitchen/dining area was very clean and sanitized, which was nice that we didn’t have to go outside of hotel to purchase breakfast food.

There was a huge storm, lights went out for hours. My daughter and I were stuck in elevator for about 1/2 an hour, but no fault of the hotel. I and my daughter were just fearful and heightened anxiety due to being claustrophobic. The hotel staff and owner were very accommodating and concerned for my daughter and I well-being.

I liked that the hotel is right off of the interstate. I liked that the hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous. My stay was comfortable and pleasant. This was my second time staying here and each time it was clean, comfortable and pleasant. There were a lot of food places near by as well as a Walmart.

I don't like the bathroom sink being in the bedroom. I like it being in a area that is not visable in the room. Because I was with my grandchildren it was ok but would have liked more privacy when we are all trying to get ready.

Located just off their highway. Short distance to many restaurants and Walmart. Easy to get to. Room was clean and ready by check in time. Staff were friendly.

Not enough breakfast was set out to meet the demand of the people staying. Some foods were empty and were not replenished quick enough to address the people flowing in.

The breakfasts were great, ample parking and coffee in the room. We enjoyed desk staff. Very helpful.

My bed was to soft. The room had hair in the tub. The air exchange vent above the toaster in the breakfast room is filthy. Coffee in the entry was always Luke warm or empty

The people at the front desk were great. All of the employees we saw were in good moods, really helpful and we just loved the experience....

The only thing was that house keeping knocked on our door kind of loudly. I know that they are on a time crunch....one last thing....we appreciate the job that everyone did there. They were great!

Good, useful location, close to the highway as we travelled up to Chicago. A number of restaurants very close (mainly fast food) and a Walmart nearby (short 5 min drive). Small swimming pool but nice option for the kids to use. Room was good and clean.

Staff was very accommodating and worked with us as an additional night was added for one room. Staff dressed professionally and appropriately for the tasks they were doing. I felt the hotel met our needs, clean overall a little need for upgrades.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Biscuits and gravy, Belgian Waffles! Room was very clean.

Bed was too firm for our comfort, too much tossing and turning for a restful sleep. The charge for having a pet was $40, which was excessive! I have a service dog and the fee should have been cut in half at the very least, because the fee was the same for all sizes of dogs. Our two dogs combined weight is under 35 lbs.

Very comfortable and clean with pleasant staff. Good selection for breakfast.

Frayed carpet in our room and I stepped on something sharp along the seam of the carpet. Our fridge wasn't plugged in, but I just plugged it in and it worked fine.

Easy check-in, comfortable bed, and room was clean.

Being woke up at 3 am due to noisy hotel guests. Yelling, cursing, drinking, and items thrown in room across from mine. Called numerous times to front desk and nothing done. But that has nothing to with property itself.
