Clean room

Checking in could have been less of a hassle. Too many problems trying to find my info in the system. When I made the reservation, all of that should have been accessible immediately. Desk clerk didn't seem to know how to find me after repeating everything multiple times. Not rocket science. I physically showed him CONFIRMATION number and he still looked confused. The day before I arrived, I did CALL what I thought was the facility but was someone in another state or something. Had an even worse experience with her. Repeatedly had to spell my name at least 10 times, before she comprehend the English language. Wasting my valuable time. One big joke, sorry to say. Confirmation number seems to be useless which is the bottom line here in both cases.

Breakfast is practically non existent.. grab a banana and/or orange or cold cereal or oatmeal. No coffee. Their coffee looks like pee water... Ask for real coffee and the lady was very bothered and had an attitude. She seemed bothered when we checked in the night b4 but she was worse in the morning... Hotel is nice and rooms were a lot nicer than expected/anticipated. The customer service naked this a no return hotel. If they cant take care of the dozen or so guests they had, they should consider getting out of the customer service and hospitality industry.

The staff was super friendly, all of the staff were kind, courteous and always helpful. The staff made my stay comfortable and easy.

The main entry should have a bench near for the elderly and those waiting for ride service.

Because of COVID breakfast was just okay but that was expected. It was nice that the pool was open, my grandkids really enjoyed that after a long day in the car.

The only thing we really didn't like was that the beds were so high off the floor it made it difficult for my wife to get INTO the bed as she is short. The beds themselves were comfortable.

Very easy check in. Clean spacious room - two queen suite. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Just a pick up breakfast of apples granola bars and instant oatmeal. Website said hot breakfast but there wasn't any work no said reason why.

Close to the highway, shopping & restaurants. Overall clean, quiet and comfortable

Bare minimum. There will be no breakfast beginning August 1st. Heavy amonia smell, assumed from cleaning. It lasted throughout our stay. Due to "computer issues", our upgrade was given away. The staff was very apologetic.

All of a sudden after staying here several times now I was required to pay $ 25 non refundable and a $ 100 deposit on my 6 lb dog.

The hotel lobby smelled amazing! The front desk manager (Ben) was so sweet! At first, I was told there were no rooms left but during our conversation he received a cancellation and we were able to get a room.

The room was tidy but the air conditioner cover was not attached to the unit.

The morning desk attendant poured milk into a chilled carafe that still had orange pulp stuck inside the rim. The lady before me was complaining of missing items from the continental breakfast and he did not seem very happy to be working the food.
