President Abraham Lincoln - A Doubletree by Hilton Hotel

The front desk staff was amazing; Will. He went above and beyond to help me since I was having an issue with my bank cards. He was very patient and kind. The staff at the restaurant was also very friendly, and their breakfast was good! The pool was nice. We had it all to ourselves, so our children loved that. The hotel was super quiet. The beds were very comfy!! Also, this place is super close to everything we wanted to visit.

The view is not great. There’s construction going on, so that’s all you see. Also, there was no fridge or microwave in our room.

Nice and roomy. I like that there was decent shampoo in the shower.

The room wasn't cool enough. I also needed towels and had to call multiple times to get them. I went down to the desk and they wouldn't let me just carry them up. It made me stressed that I could be late. It was also nice that they gave me a cookie at checkin

We had the buffet. Liked that someone put the food on the plate. The staff was fun and friendly.

I felt bad that you were understaffed. The employees were working so hard to please everyone. I know it is tough to hire these days. We checked out and then discovered that we had to pay $7.00 extra to exit the parking garage. We paid $10 to stay but had to pay again since our ticket wasn’t good anymore. I am a little furious about that. The front desk staff should have warned me not to check out without removing my car first.

The parking garage attached to the hotel. The hotel does not own it. We had trouble with it trying to get in and out and eventually to park we had to have two credit cards running for one vehicle. Luckily the company that does own it was able to help me when I got home. I was discussing the problem with others in the elevator and they were having trouble too

Closeness to convention center. Globe bar room ok.

Needs updating seriously. For the price definitely needs updating. There was writing on the walls in our room. Electrical sockets didn't work. Carpets and elevators worn.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Those warm cookies though. 😍 We would likely stay here again.

The " double" beds were very small. Not really big enough for two to sleep comfortably. Breakfast was tasty but a bit expensive for what it was.

elevator wait times were long. stairs were hard to locate. pass to the BOS center is locked. Cannot pass through. That was reason we booked this location we were told we would have access to convention center without going out in the cold.

Terrible checking in process with long lines with back ups for mandatory 4:00 check in Could use microwave WiFi and tv erratic

I’ve stayed multiple times and each time the quality of my room has changed. Not super consistent.

The hotel was great, Booking.com was horrible and got all aspects of our reservation wrong. Thankfully the hotel staff made the stay much better.
