Breakfast was great. Everyone on the entire stall was so helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean with a great bathroom/shower.

I reserved and paid for 2 nights through booking.com to travel from Tennessee to Illinois for my sisters wake and funeral. I arrived a day early and asked if I could add a night. Long story short, for the total 3 night stay I was charged twice for 2 days. Ended up calling booking.com and, after they talked with the hotel, they refunded the 2 night overcharge.

Location was very convenient to nearby family. We got a hotel on very late notice and when we had not fully considered the timeline of our evening trip to the airport on check-out day, the staff was very accommodating and allowed as late a check-out as they could in order to avoid another night's charge.

Breakfast bar was missing some options by the time we got there.

I didn't expect such an amazing breakfast selection. I expect great breakfasts in Europe but not in the U.S. It was impressive and the breakfast room staff were exceptionally kind.

Would have been nice to have had a glass in the bathroom, but the coffee cup sufficed.

Convenient to everything I needed to visit.

Guests were super loud throughout the night and into the morning the entire stay. The refrigerator didn’t get cold and it was an inconvenience there was no microwave.

Everything was great except for the guest above me, I was there for 2 nights and both night the hard walking and running (maybe a child) I was there to rest and the walking was just loud..

Room was very nice. Bedding was excellent, shower very nice. Front desk was always cordial.

Breakfast was Okay.. Coffee was out both days i was there. Could use a bit more cleaning in the dining room. Tables were used and dirty...

Breakfast was as expected for a typical free hotel meal, rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Water took a long time to heat up, not sure if this was just a high occupancy period or a standard.

I liked the cleanliness and quiet. Rooms were spacious.

Pool was a little on the chilly side. Couldn't control the heat in the room it would default back to original setting and couldnt have fan stay on. Needed the white noise.

I like the comfort. It felt like home. And the front Desk Attendant by the name of Brittany worked above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated and I really appreciated that.

There was nothing to not like

It was brand new like everything. It was amazing and super clean!

Location is not ideal felt like it was far from a lot of things, but we picked it because it was close to the wedding venue we were attending.
