Baymont by Wyndham Chicago/Alsip

Pet friendly, good breakfast and a convenient location close to restaurants and a Wal-Mart. The rooms are a decent size with a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, iron and free Wi-fi. Friendly staff always willing to help when they can. This is my second time in Illinois and we booked this same hotel for our second trip.

When we arrived the AC unit was being worked on so we had to stand in the hallway for about 15 minutes until the room was ready and it took another 15 minutes for the hot room to start cooling down. Rooms should be ready for tenants upon arrival. Road/parking lot noise can be heard in the rooms so we could hear music, cars and people in the parking lot.

Corrected the error from booking.com transaction. Staff was very nice to work with. Large variety for breakfast. Coffee in the room - yeah.

Cold water for the evening shower. Towel from former resident was left hanging behind the bath door. The night stand by the bed had stains of rings on it.

Location near a Walmart and the expressway. The staff were friendly and would greet you when they saw you. The staff were also available all the time. We felt safe.

I thought the fitness room was small, but it still served its purpose.

Staff were very professional and the property was clean. The breakfast was tasty with cheese omletes, pancake machine, potatoes, turkey and pork sausages and breads. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Water pressure in the shower was very weak.

It's a quite place to relax...close to restaurants and shopping 🛍 area..friendly staff and housekeeper...

Only one down part for me is...the sink is not in the bathroom...who wants to wash up...where there's no privacy...other than that...I enjoy the stay.

We had an efficient check in and check out! It was very pleasant and quiet!

The carpet could use replaced in certain areas there were tears and the counter was still slightly dirty but overall nothing was bad.

I liked that the staff was friendly and willing to help. The rooms met our expectations and were comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, we enjoyed the waffles. This place is at a great location with everything within minutes.

I think the windows weren’t noise insulated, I could hear road noise and the stair well doors slamming closed. The shower could have been given a little more attention during cleaning.

The property was in a safe and easy to access location. The bed was nice and comfortable, and the shower was nicely updated.

There were some old cobwebs in our room.

Cleanliness of the room and very comfortable bed were great!

The slight smell of mustiness in the hallway.
