Sleep Inn Tinley Park I-80 near Amphitheatre-Convention Center

We stayed for 4 days during covid times and you wouldn't even know. Staff was friendly and they still offer individual breakfast every morning unlike other hotels I've stayed at during this time. Coffee and tea still available 24 hrs a day. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. This was a great stay.

This is nothing that would change my rating however the morning of checkout our key card stopped working for the outside doors so it made it a little difficult to go in and out when packing the car. I didn't mention anything to the desk because it wasn't that big of a deal we just had someone stay at the door.

The hotel was very close to the amphitheater and a variety of restaurants.

It was not very clear when booking that the room did not have two queen-size beds as we were expecting. So we were quite disappointed when the beds were so small. But we made it work.

Breakfast wasn't what I expected. But it was due to covid so I don't fault the hotel. It was a prepackaged danish and a prepackaged sausage biscuit sandwich in a paper bag. They already had them ready to grab and go.

The lady that checked me in at night was amazing. She was also there when I checked out early around 9pm the next day. (I had a family emergency, my early departure had nothing to do with the hotel.) She was the evening person I guess. I loved her. She smiled and was very nice. The morning lady had a bit of an attitude problem and did not smile once. She was a bit too abrasive for my taste.

I liked the comfortable and attractive rooms.

I didn't like the value as much as other things. My room was quite small for the 140 usd per night. I got one at the Quality Inn in KC for 90 usd per night that was twice as big,and just as nice for less.

The coffee was good with plenty of cream and sugar. The beds were comfortable and warm. The pillows were just righr, not too hard and not too soft. The staff was friendly and courteous. They even helped me out when I couln't figure out how to make the waffles for my breakfast. I enjoyed it so much, I can't wait to go back.

It was confusing figuring out finding it.

Fitness Center was great The Male staff was so pleasant there was huge hair balls on the treadmill and he went in and cleaned everything Most of the staff was pleasant.

The Male staffer was very nice to me about everything he made sure the fitness center was clean when asked about a issue I plan I had no reason to

beds were comfortable and room was cozy.

We had only two problems: 1. The bathroom door was designed weird (someone could accidentally get hit by the door if someone was in the bathroom and another person was getting ready by the mirror/sink 2. Two of the coffee pouches were torn(this should be checked daily)

The beds were the best!

Check in was slow for the 2 people in front of us. There were 3 people in line and only one person handling Check ins. Almost missed our ride to where we were going. Not very friendly either.

Walk in shower was great for those of us with arthritis (however, they should add strips to keep from sliding); room was large and had refrigerator, microwave, safe and iron/board! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Bottled water was expensive,

The staff was very friendly, and the room was super comfy and clean. The complimentary breakfast was also great, and my wife and I had a great time there. Lastly, the ac in the room was perfect; best sleep I've had in a while!
