EVEN Hotel Chicago - Tinley Park - Convention Center, an IHG Hotel

the housekeeping staff is comprised of teens from a rehab facility and they entered my room and stole my personal belonging

perfect location to visit the Credit Union Ampitheatre, which was the sole purpose for my break

This is a beautiful hotel. It is very very spacious and very clean. I first look at a bathroom when I enter a room, and this one was spotless. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous too. The rooms are very very comfortable and this hotel is in a very nice location. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. We are very likely to stay here again. There was a problem with our reservation, and it was not due to anything that the hotel did, or didn’t do. The women at the front desk were extremely patient and had to make a few calls since our booking was through a third-party company. They were extremely accommodating and very very kind.

I loved the shower and shower head. Felt like I was standing under a waterfall. It's in sort of a hidden area, yet so many great restaurants and amenities right around the corner. Everyone we spoke to there inside the hotel, both guests and employees, were all polite, and very nice to talk to.

Our room didn't come with continental breakfast. That would've been nice, but there were great breakfast restaurants within a mile.

Comfortable beds.

Scalding hot shower setting. Ouch. Can't be helped but noisy hall conversation where two women were talking far apart down the hallway from each other but right in front of our door. Probably 1:00 am after they'd been drinking and they just went on and on. I am usually a night owl too but not that late and we had to get up at 4 am for travel the next day. Kinda the usual hotel issue of hall chatter.

We booked a pet-friendly room through Booking.com prepaid for 2 nights which were unrefundable. Looked everywhere for any extra fees, but could not find any. Got to the hotel and sure enough, was charged another $100 for my pet! Why? I could understand if they did something wrong, made a mess, etc. This practice is sneaky and just not right. We won't stay again unless we have NO other option. I have morals.

Loved the room and great TV screen, great shower!! Exercise equipment in room was fun too.

I asked for special services and they accommodated me with no problems

It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel and someone on my floor was smoking marijuana. When I checked out there was an event and when trying to exit the parking lot there's only one exit and I think that's totally inappropriate. You should be able to have at least 3 exits in the parking lot.

large clean room. new Keurig coffeemaker with pods. exceptional fitness center( very important to me). above average restaurant at hotel. minutes from I80 highway also important because I’m traveling cross country.

Nice & clean

There was no breakfast for the price it should be. The lady that checked us in just did it and really didn’t explain anything basically just handed us the keys. When we asked questions it was like it was a problem.
