Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn

First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was nothing short of luxurious. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding and comfortable furnishings to the modern amenities provided. The room was impeccably clean, and I appreciated the effort put into maintaining it throughout my stay. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. Dining was an absolute delight

The Best i have experience in a long time...The service was instinct.The room was so clean.Everthing was in their properly even the housekeeping after 4 great .I had needed extra face towels and he came within good timing.No one in the hotel area wasn't acting or caring they selves unprofessional.The bar was great.Also have great service and professional people.When I plan my next visit this Hotel will be my first..and The bed and pillows 🥰

Room and Hotel itself was excellent, Restaurant, lounge area could use some better help.

Bartenders at the bar watched a soccer game the whole time, we watched people walk out, there was maybe 5 people at the bar and we all waited for drinks as they bartenders were not around. Its a Hilton people expect whether traveling for work or pleasure a nice drink experience at the end of the day

The employees at the Gront Desk, Dinner Area and Bar gave great customer service💙💙

The bathroom in my room the toilet was not clean on either side by the floor and the bathtub I had to clean as well. Who ever is doing housekeeping on the third floor could use some additional training💙💙

the bed was very comfortable. The location was close to many amenities

Include an adjustable mirror on the wall the mirror is on the wall and the lighting does not allow for a good view of shaving and applying makeup or maintenance. We were not told we had to request a room cleaning fresh towels.

The room was excellent - large and clean. The bed and bed linens were very nice. The location of the property is great for visiting the suburbs south of Chicago. It is not far from most expressways.

We had some challenges changing the reservation - but it all worked out in the end.

Loved everything about hotel. Very friendly staff and made us feel so welcome. Great bar in hotel with fantastic cocktails to choose from. Looked forward to having a nightcap there each evening after being out all day.

Staff is always very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well stocked.

I enjoy traveling with a videogame of some kind but unfortunately the TVs in the rooms seem to not have hookups to use my game. I would love to be able to use my game on the tv when i travel.

I like that the rooms were very clean and it was comfortable. The front desk person his name Jesse was so nice to us he gave us all the info and checked us in fast. the pool was nice the bar was awesome too I don’t drink much but the mango sangria was great!

I highly recommend to check the fridges because one wasn’t work well

The room was very comfortable

We only had a towel set for one person. There was makeup stains on the pillow cases. The shower head sprayed everywhere, there was mold in the shower area and no privacy sign as we stayed multiple nights.
