Hilton Garden Inn Schaumburg

Very Clean, Nice location. Didn't have any problems with noise from other guests. Loved the bartender Daveeeeeeed and Chef Jeff so make sure you stop by and say hi to them during your stay!

The shower in our room has a large gap in between the wall and the door and water spray out of the gap the whole time you're showering, which ends up soaking the floor. Otherwise everything was great!

Rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff was so nice and polite and answered all my questions. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, there's nothing we didn't like about this Hotel. I'd recommend this to friends and family.

A comfortable, modern, well-maintained hotel, with friendly and professional staff. During the pandemic, daily housekeeping is taking place, but additional supplies for the room are available if needed. I've stayed here multiple times and always have a positive experience.

The breakfast option during the pandemic is a box with minimal items for $10: I wonder if something so limited could be offered for free (coffee is free and there's also yogurt and snacks for purchase). Hilton is letting its properties do their own thing during this period; I've stayed at another Hilton Garden Inn which still had a cooked breakfast.

I always come here for some relaxing alone time. I recently moved two hours away from the area and still chose this location. always a great experience! shoutout to angel at the front desk for being so kind and wonderful. and to “Daveeeeed” in the restaurant. felt so good to be back in town and what a great experience it was! I will be back !

Bed was super comfortable. Ac was nice and icy cold. Staff was super friendly! Location was nice. We strolled around the hotel and by the pond. Was nice walking path. We had eggs and bacon at breakfast, was hot and they served you. The price wasn't bad considering we could get more if we wanted. We were able to charge sodas to the room which was an added plus.

Could hear our neighbors talking. So the walls are a bit thin.

Loved the pool, room was spacious

The sheets and comforter on the bed felt too synthetic. All cotton would be more breathable. Would have loved a hot tub or sauna and some organic food options for breakfast.

Aside from them doing renovations during our stay, the hotel was very nice.

Location was close to the convention center. Room was clean and nice.

Breakfast was only included on our second night that was part of a cheer competition pkg. This was not clearly explained to us during check in and created some confusion in the morning when trying to get breakfast.

Location is good, easy to find. Parking is good. I Normally have a 20ft trailer with me and I always have room to park and unload a car on the west side of the building.

All was good.

Property was in a safe location, easy access to a hwy, bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Staff was also very nice and I appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning.

Hallways were a bit dirty. We arrived around 9 and the hallways had trash and some dirty dishes. Also, the hall carpets needed to be vacuumed.
