Best Western Edinburgh/Columbus

The hotel staff were all very friendly even at 2am when the poor lady had to chase little children around because they were unsupervised. The night lady did a great job. We asked for more blankets and got them without hassle, and they were very conveniently located right across the street from Edinburgh Outlet Mall. There is a taco bell, Applebee's, Cracker Barrell, Starbucks, and 2 Gas Stations right next to I-65. I would totally stay here again.

The pool closes at 10pm, wish they could leave it open for adults 21 or older . Otherwise I have no complaints.

Clean Doordash/Uber Eats accessible Free Breakfast The AC was cool and had the option of a continuous fan, which I loved because I have to have a fan sound to sleep Friendly Staff Close to shopping areas, restaurants, and convenient stores/gas stations. There are plenty of USB ports for charging devices, which was much needed.

Great location, staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom had a spa tub which was very nice. Enjoyed the hot breakfast in the mornings and great coffee.

Bed was a bit hard for my liking and the pillows were small. No elevator, so a bit rough on us older folks carrying up luggage, but grateful there wasnt to many stairs and there was a landing in between..so not bad.

Location was good. Directly across from shopping. Convenient to softball field and food choices. About 10 minutes to the nearest Walmart.

Although the room was clean, the bathroom had remaining hair left on the floor and in the shower from the previous tenant. It was unpleasant to see and grossed me out some.

I wish I wasn’t too tired to remember the young man’s name who greeted us because he was wonderful. The room was spotless! I was a travel writer and have seen thousands of hotels. Not only was everything super clean but the staff was personable and helpful. The lady who looked after the wonderful breakfast…she was superb. Talked to the customers and showed interest in where we came from. I would tell everyone to book this hotel.

The pool was great! I'm allergic to chlorine so the salt water pool was wonderful!! The room was clean! Smelled good too...

The water had a foul smell in the sink when I 1st turned it on everytime and had no cold setting only hot water..

Did not have the breakfast from the hotel so do not have an opinion of it or able to rate it at this time. the hotel was clean and the room was clean. Meet my expectations and have nothing else to comment on at this time.

Nothing did not meet my expectations and stay was enjoyable.

The room was perfect size for what I went for and the breakfast was decent enough.

The bathroom shower was pretty narrow and uncomfortable to move around in while showering. The noise from the hallway was a bit annoying when trying to go to sleep. You can hear normal voice levels and people walking by.

Our room, and the facilities in general, were clean comfortable and quiet. They had a good breakfast in the morning, and they are walking distance (just across the parking lot) to an Applebee's and a Taco Bell depending on your preference for lunch and supper. Other options are nearby as well. We would definitely return if we come by this way in the future!

The breakfast was good!

The mattresses were worn out! We didn't sleep well! The business should replace them more often--for the rate that they charge! It had limited parking---semi's and construction trucks should not be able to park there with their trailers!
