location , pool , hot tub , beds were comfortable, friendly staff!!

Rooms smelled very musty, probably the carpet, but was clean. the price of breakfast, which they didn’t have anymore than any hotel than we ever stayed in that was free… With the exception of made to order omelets an pancakes, they had nothing more than the usual free breakfast. with 4 teens an myself would have been cheaper to go to McDonald’s.. The selection wasn’t anymore than the motels we stay at an we stay a lot for travel ball.

Nice hotel and location

Staff didn't have very many booking.com reservations so they couldn't find mine. Then, even though I purchased breakfast and proved to them I did when I booked the room, they acted like it was my fault I wasn't on their breakfast list. The older lady who was in charge of breakfast was so rude. She asked me if I knew my own name because she couldn't find me. And my name was right there. Just not highlighted. So I showed her where my reservation said I purchased breakfast.

Dinner was good and hot despite staff shortage. Great location. Very clean room.

Pillows too soft. Short staffed in restaurant. The check in fellows had to help with the restaurant. No caffeinated coffee. Bacon too greasy. Eggs were like grits, horrible. Sausage flat like a pancake with no flavor, really cheap. Rooms with king bed need another chair and ottoman so that one person doesn’t have use the bed early in the evening.

Beautiful entry, nice store and bar area

the pictures on the website were misleading. It pictures a whirlpool tub on the room I booked, but the room did not have one. That was the main reason I booked that specific room. All of their whirlpool rooms were booked so we couldn’t get switched to what I intended on renting. It was very disappointing.

The bathroom spa tub and walk in shower

The carpet had a bad oder in front of the microwave/coffeemaker/sink area. I think it needed steam cleaned or replaced. Our booking didn't work so we basically paid for the room twice. Still in the process of trying to get my money refunded for the room we were supposed to get. And the bed was too soft or possibly just needed to be replaced.

The bartender that they said was new. It took a good amount of time to get waited on and get our drinks. 25 minutes to get a drink is just too long. Plus she was rude

Room was clean, staff were friendly. Pretty lobby.

Two trash cans in entire suite, was not enough. Teenagers were allowed to throw balls extremely hard from one end of pool to the other, while standing above it. Putting small children in danger.

We loved the convenience of the location and the wonderful breakfast. The staff was very friendly and wonderful.

We thought the sofa could've been a little bigger and more comfortable.. Then when we let out the dofa bed, the mattress was very thin.

The bathroom wasn't clean, only 2 jets worked in the spa tub,shower leaked bad! Children were allowed un attended in the workout room and jacuzzi so we didn't get to use either.

Breakfast was amazing, the staff was easy to deal with. Awesome location if you like to shop and has several restaurants close.

The TV in sitting room was bad or the signal. And also the pillows were flat.
