Hampton Inn Franklin, IN

Everything! It was a lot more than I expected. The staff was nice and polite. They were very helpful with any questions. The property was perfect. The reviews do not truly do it justice. They try to make you feel at home when your away.

They need to have an area that is for smoker's. It should not be at the front door. It is a part of common courtesy for people who are not smoker's or have a medical condition that can not be around that.

Location was great for visiting family in Franklin. Rooms were very accommodating and clean. Kids loved the pool and it was a pleasure and relaxing for me and my daughter. I will most likely return.

I thought breakfast was pretty bad. Premade foods such as the omelet was not good. There were no whole wheat bagels and fresh fruit salad. If the pancake mix offered a plain choice batter, maybe they would have been acceptable, but only had flavored batter. The coffee was okay.

Breakfast was very tasty, warm and lots of choices! The location was excellent! I didn't have search for it at all. It was immediately on my right as soon as I drove off of the interstate!

The blinds didn't want to go up or down. (I needed to ask the desk clerk, but she was very friendly and helpful.) Also the "peep hole" in the door (lower one) wouldn't stay closed. (I didn't tell the desk clerk about the "peep hole". Maybe you can't see into it from the outside of the door?)

The hotel was so clean and wonderful. 4 of us stayed in King room with couch bed. My 2 teen granddaughters loved sleeping on the couch bed. The frig kept our drinks really cold. Turned temp on 67 & it was comfortable all day & night when it was 80 outside. The staff were all polite and helpful. Thank you Ricky who checked us in and for being so polite & courteous

I loved everything. My husband would’ve liked little more firmness to the mattress & pillows but I didn’t so that’s a matter of preference to the customer.

Breakfast was good and there were multiple options too. Bed was comfortable and the room was roomy. Most of the staff was very friendly.

We kept having connection issues with the T.V. Staff had to come and set up the connections again with their master remote control. Finally we just gave up on the T.V.

Didn’t breakfast as we missed it do to eastern time zone versus central times zone changes. Area looked clean. Chairs were placed upside down on tabletops so guests could not use the tables outside of breakfast time.

The room was small, but not cramped. The bed was clean and super comfortable. The room was very clean and inviting. Easy check-in, and friendly and accommodating staff.

The breakfast in the lobby was alright. Nothing to look twice at, but it was free and the staff kept it clean and well stocked so we were thankful.

I liked everything about my room and the hotel. Room was very spacious. Bed slept great (#1 thing for me!). I was at the end of the hallway on the 4th floor because I had requested to be as far away as possible from the noise (elevators, etc). And it was very quiet for sleeping. I did not have breakfast so can't comment on that.

I don't have a single comment....really.

Staff was nice.

Found a Bobby pin on the dresser and hair through out the room. Breakfast was cold. Cleaning carts in middle of hallway when trying to leave.

Very comfortable room. I especially appreciated the desk setup, as I was working while my son visited his birth family

I hate the new trend of ridiculously tall beds... I am short, and could have used a step stool to get in bed.
