The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, there were fresh towels upon arrival, and it was an easy check-in/check-out process.
Our king bed was too soft, almost spongy even though it was a spring mattress, and the pillows provided were very flat and worn out.

Excellent service by the hotel mansger. She was exceptionally friendly professional helpful, and respectful from the time we checked in and we appreciated he five star service in every way possible.
Wished they would have had a snack machine and a coke machine for hotel guests and also wished they would have offered a light breakfest selection of some kind in the mornings.

The room was comfortable. Liked the lights which came on whenever you walked into an area, such as the bathroom. Was set up for tech charging for phones, tablets, etc. Was clean with plenty of amenities.
No elevator so had to take the stairs. Would not have worked for my sister is she had been with me.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable The bathroom was nice and the shower had lots of hot water. The facilities were clean.
No table lamp only entrance light to light room TV remote didn't have a volume conriol no clock or hair dryer.. Super8 has these and the room didn't have a guide for the channels.

There was no soap in the room. Appearance matters, the inside looked stained and worn, the parking lot was full of potholes and several people were lounging in chairs under the canopy.
