Comfort Inn Near Indiana Premium Outlets

I love that Comfort Inn is near the Outlets and the Antique store. Also, love that it is near my sister. Everyone is friendly and kind. The room is super clean. If there were ever a problem, they would correct it. I had no problems at all while there. I was able to get into a room early. That was a nice bonus. Not very far to Brown County State Park and Nashville shops.

The bed was a little lumpy, but not so awful. My room was on the 2nd floor, with ice maker on the first. Neither of these issues were bad enough to complain about in my opinion. There is an elevator and stairs.

The compassion they showed for our mom who was undergoing radiation therapy at the local hospital. They allowed us early and late checkout to accommodate her treatment schedule. She was exhausted and had two treatments a day for 5 days and needed a nap in between. The staff also cleaned the room on our schedule not theirs, again working around the treatment schedule. The staff is wonderful and caring!

The staff member we had contact with was very helpful. The check-in was handled quickly. The location was good as there was easy access to shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and the interstate. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. A hot breakfast was provided.

The decor needs to be updated. The room was dreary - dark colors and wallpaper that has seen better days. Get rid of carpet. A few extra outlets or usb ports would be welcomed.

The breakfast was good. I liked the location and the restaurants nearby.

The beds were uncomfortable, the toilet didn't like to flush (3-4 times every time you used it), they showed me how to adjust it but I am a guest not a maintenance person. The pool was hard to get in and out, ladders with loose steps (no stairs).

Appreciated having a fan in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Lobby and breakfast area were pleasant and comfortable. Convenient location, near freeway but not in a noisy area.

Air conditioner/fan blows directly over beds. Lighting is a dingy yellow.

I noticed that the young man who was cleaning worked continuously all day Saturday. He had all the public areas very clean! Person at checkin was great. Pool area was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge and microwave were appreciated.

Only negatives I had were that walls were thin enough I could hear someone snoring and the toilet in my room was not secured well and kept bumping into the wall with every use

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean, pool area was great for the kids and always busy. Location is perfect! Breakfast was ok, room was a little smaller than I expected but still exceeded my expectations which made us rest easy

Friendly and quick reception assistance on check in and out. Very attentive and friendly breakfast staff. Clean and great variety for breakfast. Easy access to lots of restaurants and easy off and on from expressway. Would recommend.

Pool wasn't available, but they had an option for another pool a block away.

I liked the breakfast and cleanliness of rooms.

The chair in the room needs to be replaced and there needs to be two chairs. If hotels offered rooms that had comfortable chairs to watch tv I would want one. It’s too hard to sit in the bed and watch tv.
