Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing

The room was great, the staff was amazing. From when I walked in to when I left the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Parking was a bit chaotic however I understand this was one of the booked weekends for hotels in Indianapolis.

The valet nick is a great man he smile he laugh with me and help in all ways..the ladies in the dining room service with a smile very polite food was good, the shoes shine man also gave me a smile Nathan, Natasha, and who's name I've forgotten the African American lady very helpful all the staff members I've encountered throughout my stays at Sheraton the staff are fantastic.......Now the bad first I want to apologize to the Sheridan as a whole my life problems that keeps me coming to my peaceful place was misuse I know the policy no SMOKING and I hurted Soo bad I cried and smoke in the room never meaning to be disrespected just was dealing with hurtful stuff I misuse my room and from the bottom of my heart my true apology..... Lastly I want GM, MANAGEMENT TEAM TO HONOR NATHAN NATASHA NICK THE VALET GUY AND ALL LADIES AND CHECK-IN AND DINING ROOM CHEERS TO YOU YOU GUYS DO A GOOD JOB

What I didn't like is everytime I come I get good rooms and bad room it would of been nice to have a good room everytime for that's what my money pays for and is what I'm looking for when I chose Sheraton at keystone crossing

I love the hotel and all facilities The pool and hot tubs is so nice I got newly renovated room on the top floor which is super nice , The staff was helpful

Only thing is the little snacks shop behind the front desk was too expensive , I know we pay for convenient but still too expensive if compared to other hotels I stayed in I only got 1 bottle Mt.Dew and 3little pack of skittles and it was $19 If you could lower the price so family with kids can afford it Must be nicer, And please put the price up Because when I bought snacks it was no price shown on the shelf and when I asked for receipt it’s not show break down price what is what It’s only show total is $19

Slept well--comfortable bed in a quiet room. Staff was friendly and the lobby was attractive. In the morning I saw several people working on their laptops in the space.

Surprised to pay $11 for parking when the facility was surrounded by parking. I did not see the fee mentioned on the Booking.Com website.

The bed was great. The rooms were pretty sound proof / sound resistant.

During the last day of the conference lunch started being served and seemed to be very chaotic. The servers were few, I apricated the hard work the ones that did show up, did. There was no method to who was being served when. The middle of the room got their salad as the end was getting their desert. I don't know if it was a schedule issue with the conference itself or staff but there were speakers talking on a panel on stage as we were eating. I felt very awkward eating at that time. There was not a vegetarian option for the meal being served. Several at our table could not eat. Again I don't know if that is a conference fault or hotel fault. The food I did eat was good. The space in the room was good.

I liked the location, the friendliness of the staff and especially access to the mall. It really made our stay so much more enjoyable that all the things we wanted to do were conveniently located to the hotel.

I felt that paying for parking should have been included as part of the stay. The parking rate was reasonable, but I would have preferred it be part of the room fee. I was a bit taken back at the price of the alcoholic beverages.

I was impressed from the time we pulled into the parking garage. The hotel is located by a lot of fancy restaurants and good places to eat. The area in itself is in a good quiet location. The hotel lobby was clean and our check in was smooth. The receptionist was friendly. No complaints about the room. For the price of the room you definitely get more bang for your buck. I would stay at this location again whenever I visit Indianapolis.

No dislikes about the property, but I am a Marriot Bonvoy member however since I booked through a third party site (booking.com) I won’t receive the points for my visit. Not the hotels fault so it’s not a complaint against the hotel.

Great location, comfortable room

The pool was not open (COVID). Found it odd that the gym was open , but not the pool. Their in-room literature was not accurate in reference to room service. It would have been beneficial to know what amenities were available to us— food, drink gym etc

location and immediate availability . we moved to the hotel due to power shortage at home and need to work from home . The guy at the bar went above : when he saw how “depressed” we felt (my wife, my daughter and I ) moved from “we don’t have service to the tables” to “I will bring you the food” and that was a nice gesture.

Room was very clean... Nice beds and bathroom... Great towels etc.... Comfortable sitting chair..

Didn't realize that the parking was not included... Added $11 to the overall cost.... There was a lack of signage to tell you directions on where you were going inside the hotel.... My view out of the window was not good... tops of buildings and highways.... 11th floor west side..... There was no bodywash in the container in the shower.... no soap bars either... had to use shampoo to wash with....
