The rooms where nice size good layout. Hotel staff friendly. Pool was nice think outdoor once weather gets better would have been very nice too.

Parking / door location only 3 doors to enter hotel. 2 doors in rear no elevator close by which is where they tell you to park to get to room even though our room was clear down hall right by elevator in front. The bed was super firm not comfy at all. 1st morning breakfast food was good however no up keep in breakfast area trash over flowing low on food and very messy counter tops and tables.

The room was bigger than normal. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet. Hot tub was awesome. Breakfast was good.

There was very little water pressure, only half the holes worked and you couldn't adjust the spray as it wouldn't move. The shampoo and conditioner were out, I asked for them to be filled and three hours later still nothing, had to call the front desk to ask again and was told to come down and get it, when housekeeping was in the room right next to us.

Location is convenient and easily accessible. It’s not located in a heavy traffic area. Breakfast was good. The pool area was protected from the wind and the indoor / outdoor feature was great for letting the kids swim no matter the weather.

Close to Westfield and the sports complex. Weekends are very busy and the pool is very crowded with some enthusiastic youth. Makes it hard to swim if you have little kids.

The manager on duty when we checked in was a really cool guy we talked about beer (I'm a bartender) the staff was helpfull and the pool/exercise facilities were great!! Everything was very clean and nine

I wish the breakfast had bacon but that's just knit picking the omlette things were great

The kitchen and size of the rooms are nice. we like having the cooktop. Breakfast was much better this time.

Dirty. Hallways were littered. Pool area was cold. The thermostat in our room was off when we arrived and there were dishes in the dishwasher.

the thermostats are eco friendly and work with motion sensors so when you are sleeping they turn off. I watched a YouTube video to disable the eco feature

Breakfast was fairly large in spite of Covid. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We didn't need the kitchenette facilities, but they are a plus if one is staying longer. Very quiet area. Plenty of safe parking. Helpful staffing.

Access to the motel is somewhat confusing since the GPS told us to stop on a busy freeway. You need to take the E. 116th St. exit and go south on the street paralleling the main highway, which is N. Pennsylvania St. Our thermostat didn't work and the heat ran during the night. Staff said they would have it checked. Also, no restaurants nearby.

Generous portions. Oatmeal was really good with a nice selection of toppings. Staff was very nice. Pleasant eating area and carry-out container made it easy to take food back to the room.

Maybe more choices, like pancakes? My daughter and I were there for 5 days so scrambled eggs got tiresome. But then, it was Covid restrictions and we were grateful to have any breakfast. Many hotels eliminated breakfast.

Check in was a breeze. Room was nice, quiet and clean. Close to patio bbq area, fitness center, front desk and exit where I parked. The heated pool was wonderful. I slept so good I missed breakfast and slept right up until checkout. I will definitely stay again.

Clean, spacious, comfy. Pool and hot tub are perfect.

I’d like to see curtains that close off the bedroom and bathroom area so changing clothes is more accommodating when staying with friends.
