EVERYTHING! This location was very clean, and has spacious rooms. The large windows and huge bathroom are a definite plus. The staff was nice and very helpful when I lost my key. I will be staying at this location again.

The guests and some staff had a tendency of just staring at me and looking away when I decided to look at them. I don’t know if they aren’t used to seeing POC but it was very rude and unsettling for me as a woman traveling.

The hotel was very nice. Very clean. The pool was nice, the breakfast was great with a large variety to choose from. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious.

We had a huge issue at check in. They couldn't find my reservation. Told me that I'd have to work it out with booking.com. I spent over an hour on the phone with booking.com and had to talk to 3 different people, all to find out that the hotel did in fact have my reservation, they just had my name reversed on the list so they couldn't find me. I feel like if they had maybe put a little more effort into looking for me, it would have saved me a ton of time and stress. Between the front desk and booking.com, I spent over 2 hours in the lobby of the hotel, trying to figure out why no one had my reservation. Once it was figured out, they were very nice and accommodating.

good location, room layout worked perfectly for 2 adults and a teenager (king suite with pullout sofa and the divider gave our teenager some privacy), and most importantly it was very clean! front staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. we asked the front staff for bedding for the pullout sofa (they don’t keep in the rooms) but we didn’t have a problem getting what we needed for it. plus we asked for another bath towel, no problem! the staff even recommended what we should door dash for lunch and it was yums! the pool was clean and plenty of towels. it was just the right hotel for us!

We loved the room and the layout! Breakfast was good, especially since we stayed on weekdays and the staff were excellent! Our toddler slept well in the couch area when we pulled the curtain out.

The pool was small and cold which was difficult with our toddler. We also wished the curtain between the bed and the couch was thicker so you couldn't see through it and we could leave a light on without bothering someone on the other side. I also can't get used to the "barn door" trend on bathrooms...

The staff was very good. My 17 year old loved the waffles for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and having a full size fridge in the room was great. We also appreciated how well the HVAC system worked to keep us warm on the cold days. The window has a full cover so it gets pretty dark in the room at night for sleeping.

The bathroom door is a sliding barn door. It has no lock and doesn't offer very much privacy. In a room for a single person or a couple this would be alright. But we were there with our 17yr old son. A pocket door with a lock would offer more privacy and security while still making good use of the space.

The staff are hands down amazing and very helpful. Even to the point We ran out of baby dippers and the employee young lady went to check if she had any in her car middle of the night. Met friendly guests as well who has been staying there for 6 months and said they loved it there.

Our view since we were in the bottom 2nd floor with toddlers. We wanted to left up the window blinds since the toddlers mess with them but when you do that, it’s no privacy at all and there was a restaurant close by with hotel parking, people getting in and out. Apart from that everything was great!

I loved how clean the hotel was! Rooms are spacious, near lots of restaurants and it's located just outside of downtown!

There's a restaurant next door and they had a private event going on, crowds were loud outside. Big group of motorcyclists we're also staying on the property being loud after 2am. Was not a fan of that, I hard time falling asleep. I was on the top floor and it was as if they were outside my window.

The room was amazing, But beds just normal in comfort. For a Hilton, I expected more plush amenities, but felt the same as a Motel. Staff very attentive. Location close to shopping, entertaining and eating places. The kitchenette and spaciousness of the rooms were great. Really close to the Ascension hospital.

The mattresses were basic. The pillows were so soft, you needed more than 1 for support, or your neck hurt in the morning.

This new Home 2 Suites by Hilton hotel formula is a winner, the rooms are spacious, well equipped, the architecture is pleasant, the breakfast is a notch above the competition. All is well.

Quite frankly there is nothing to reproach to the hotel at this facility.

Room was a great size and bed was very comfy. Staff was great everyday never a bad person. The computer chair did have some gross stains and the head of one the lamps was broken. It still worked tho.

I did not like that there was an extra 200$ charge for incase anything was broken. The gentleman at the desk said its in the fine print but every email I've received since booking in I believe may has not had any mention.
