Baymont by Wyndham Lawrenceburg

Camila, the front desk worker, was friendly and SUPER attentive. She immediately refilled the pancake syrup when she heard it was getting low. She kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked. She greeted us, smiled, and had a friendly banter.

Totally out of their control that next to the pool was a sectioned off area. The ceiling was being repaired so they tarped off the area. But we still got to swim, which is why we stayed vs staying at another hotel that was cheaper.

Brittany the front desk staff was awesome. If you every go to the front desk and no one is there is because they are short staff and are performing other duties. She was very responsive to our needs. Location is great. There are restaurants all around. Bed was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and heated.

Now.....the hotel is old so there was some smells of dampness. The water was just warm and wouldnt get hot. The shower ceiling had chipping paint probably due to lack of ventilation.

The location is good for our monthly visit to Lawrenceberg. It is less expensive than other lodging in tbe area. We're not looking for atmosphere, just a warm shower and a comfortable bed, and Baymont Inn fits the bill.

We dealt with the same woman at both check-in and check-out. She was nice and friendly, but didn't go out of her wzy for us. We have stayed at this location several times, and it still needs some updating. The carpet in tbe rooms always feels sticky. The drapes are in bad condition and difficult to close.

They had The Best Breakfast I have had at any Hotel or Motel in many years. The towels were nice and clean and smelled so good. You can tell they take pride in all they do. I was really impressed with this facility. The pool was closed but that was due to making upgrades. I can not wait to go back and see it when it is done. Thank You For The Great Night Stay❣

Honestly there was nothing I did not like.

It was convenient to Perfect North, and there is a good diner across the street. The room was clean. We enjoyed the pool, which is heated but could be a tad warmer. Free breakfast included waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, gravy, and biscuits.

We heard the guy in the next room talking and the outside when you pull up is lacking in curb appeal.

We loved the heated pool. The room was very spacious also. The receptionist that we checked in with was very friendly and helpful in recommending places to eat and local attractions

The pool needed a good cleaning. There were things floating in the water, (hair, small particles). The sides of the pool above the water looked dirty. Some of the breakfast food was not hot enough - barely warm

How clean and comfortable it was

It was a nice and comfortable stay. But almost every staff that you approached are you see looks like they need some antidepressants they just all look miserable in their Bible is miserable when you can hold a conversation with one she just had a attitude. Maybe you guys should treat your employees better or maybe your employees need a new job. Probably a raise other than that clean anything that I needed was there any question that I asked was answered. They just look like they need a vacation paid vacation

The jacuzzi in the room. Plenty of towels in room. Nice size room, comfortable bed and pillows.

The side door on the hotel had a sign that you must swipe room key to open door for security of guests however the door did not lock in anyway.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, close to attractions we were interested in, easy access to highway, children enjoyed the warm indoor pool, friendly housekeeping staff who took care of our needs.

Some of the staff was super friendly and helpful, but there was two of the front desk staff that was inconvenienced by the simplest request.

The cleanliness, the location to the Casino, and the wonderful staff. Being a pet friendly facility is a major plus for us also since I have a small service dog that goes everywhere with me.

The lack of pillows on the queen size bed and the road noise that is prevalent in the front rooms. Would have also like to have the pool opened later for adults only due to only staying 1 night and not having time in our schedule to enjoy it because it closed at 10:00pm.
